Good food, I've been there quite a few times. Only once was I disappointed with how my meal was put together sloppy, every other time great service. My only issue is the price is high. $20 for a burger and a sandwich (by themselves, no sides or drinks) is expensive.

Disappointed, for 18 dollars spent. I was asked to pay an up charge for bbq and ranch. I paid for it and the bbq sauce was so small. I've never been charged at the Habit in Rancho or La Verne.

I have gone twice and was left disappointed. I am allergic to dairy and they forgot to leave off the cheese. I get home and cheese is on it, I had to go all the way back there because they have no phone number that works. The manager who was a tall skinny blonde was incompetent and too anxious to be a manager. I had to tell her what to do in the situation. I'm disappointed because if I had taken a bite it would have been straight to the ER.

At the bottom of their receipt it says "There's no substitute for quality!" This location definitely missed the mark with an employee named Emily taking orders at the drive thru window . Not only was she screaming so loud that I actually had to ask what was the reason for her yelling? Fast forward to actually getting my order the moment I pulled up to pay she was rolling her eyes, let's keep in mind I come to this location often to feed my kid before football practice , I then ask her if she was the one who took my order (even thought I know it was her just by the snarky tone in her voice and the looking of smelling something rotten) She then gave me the wrong drink I let her know that wasn't what I ordered she took the drink threw it in the trash and then clinched her fist , and had someone else help me . Waiting a bit and then got my food I asked the girl then serving me if she was the manager said she was but who knows , told her about Emily's horrible customer service she didn't have much of anything to say about it, I'm thinking she already knew by how little she had to say about what I was telling her. I just think if you are spending about 20$ for one meal the employee should know that isn't how you talk or act to someone let alone someone supporting the business . One day she might get someone that is also having a bad day and the situation could be different . Food is good tho as usual

Star review is based on interior. Completely disappointed! This place opened up a bit ago and I've been through the drive through a few times. Had great experiences, food was good, order was correct, and employees were friendly. So we decided to come sit inside instead based on the great experience. Interior is much smaller than other Habit locations I've been to. Maybe for that reason it's difficult to maintain? We entered the location and immediately realized all tables were taken. When one opened up it was sticky and messy. Not to mention underneath! We took our food to go instead. Wish I could've enjoyed warm fresh food immediately instead of driving home in order to sit at a clean table. Thank you kitchen staff for working so hard and making such delicious food!! Restroom: Restrooms were clean except for someone shedding and not cleaning up after themselves.

This location is absolutely trash, bad attitudes and a completely wrong order, spent almost 55$ for a large side of disappointment. Other locations that I've been to were completely fine, you would think being a new store they would be trying. Just riding the coat tails of the name I guess. 16138 S. I personally like this location. It is brand new off of Citrus. I have been through the drive-thru 2-3 times and the young lady there always ask "How are you doing today?" Haven't had an issue with food, usually order the Chicken Club and Strawberry Limeade. Can't speak on the atmosphere inside or the fries!

Price gouging people! Paid $40 for a meal for me and my son... no salt on any of the fries AND had to pay extra for sauce!!! I'm so tired of these big companies draining everyday people of money in the name of "inflation"... I'm sorry, It should not cost $40 for 2 mediocre burgers, fries and a drink! I won't be back.

Was our first time here. I know it just opened so I'm really trying to be understanding. We ordered for pickup. My boyfriend's burger and onion rings were great. But, As you can see from the photos, my meal wasn't so wonderful. I paid EXTRA for the tempura green beans and they were cold and not even half full. If I would've known that's what I was paying extra for, I just would've gotten the normal fries my meal came with. My chicken also tasted like it was cooked in old oil and had a certain cleaner-like taste? Like nail polish remover? They also forgot 3 of our sauces that we also paid extra for. Not the best experience!

Closes at 11 pm on my way home from work I detoured and arrived at 10 which is an hour before it closes and it was closed. Terrible.
