We went there on Sunday evening to get a cup of hot chocolate. It was very crowded. We walked in. It took forever to get our 2 cups because Annabelle couldn't find the tops for the cups. She ended up using coffee cups which are a little bigger which was ok with us.

Approximately the last 2 weeks of October on a Wednesday or Friday brunch time I approached the double lane order process within the parking lot one lane was completely empty while one lane had four or five cars lined up without realizing that they were not operating the regular order box at the menu I pulled forward to order as the person seem to be totally unorganized with operating her orders in the parking lot and then I was stuck at the Box as the cars began to line up and...
