It's Boba Time Fontana

The employees at this establishment provided terrible service. They made a mistake with my order, and when I came back to have it corrected, they didn’t even apologize. After I pointed out their mistake, they simply said “okay” and laughed as I was leaving.

A sweet employee was kind enough to remake my drink to be sweeter! Excellent service!

Was craving the Dubai chocolate strawberries , but found this Boba place and got me the Dubai Bobba pistachio, & omg it was delicious. Also the macaroons were delicious. Will highly recommend for your bobba macaroon cravings.

I did a delivery order and they had not properly packaged it at all. The entire drink was exposed because of the lid for the whip cream and there was no tape to cover the lids for two of my drinks. Not just that but they did not seal the bag properly either. They slapped one sticker on and it barely held together. It is common sense to follow delivery order guidelines within your store for the reason that many people can easily tamper with your items if not properly sealed.

Drinks are absolutely delicious but today is the second time in a row that I ordered my tea with boba and I was given no boba in my drink. Really disappointing.

Why does my fav drink pistachio taste water down... and where's the bites of pistachio? Also the frappe doesnt melt well n stay frozen. Im very sad. Was my fav place to take the kiddos near the house. At least the boba is soft still.

Customer service is non-existent. If you don't like to order at a screen/self order don't go. They don't like to talk to customers. Wish there was another boba place nearby...

It's such a hit or miss here. They don't keep same measurements. Today our milk tea sucked. Got 5, and all 5 is going to be trashed. Either it's too milky, or lack of flavor. All of us had 1 comment, it's taste like milk - where is the jasmine, strawberry, matcha flavor that we had placed an order for. It seems like they miss measured the full order. In the past they had done a great job. Right on point - not too sweet, just perfect, Today not so much. Not sure I would call this my go to spot going fwd. Need consistency. Wish we had Ding's tea near by.

As others have mentioned in recent reviews, I too have witnessed something very disturbing at this location. The store manager, by the name of DANNY, absolutely scolded and reprimanded his young employees as they worked. Not that any reason would justify his actions, but these young employees were working very hard and did not in any way merit the atrocious comments and attitudes that fell upon them from their unworthy superior, whom, was seemingly under the influence of some foreign agent. The guests in line with me were all also shocked by his yelling, and several of them left. How this character landed this position is beyond comprehension. He should hardly be allowed to govern over people, particularly young ones.

This was my go to spot, but after today I’ll be going elsewhere. As I was getting my children out of the car to get our weekly boba. I witnessed a young girl walking out in tears. I overheard a group of girls nearby saying they heard a man yelling at his employees, one of the girls said he smelled like marijuana as well. Absolutely unacceptable , poor kids working there deserve to be treated way better and after reading other reviews I believe this is reoccurring, makes sense as to why they have new employees frequently. I hope the young girl is ok.

Uni cake is so good, drinks were good 👍

Great boba place. My daughters and I love this place. They have a PB Choco Banana one that is delicious. Also, the strawberry shaved ice cream is delicious.

I witnessed what i assume is the manager being extremely rude to the other employees. How embarrassing to treat others like that. Do better. Left because i couldnt stand watching the disrespect.
