I came through here this location at approximately 11:30 at night Jesus took my order. Gave me excellent service. Also all the food was fresh and hot. Excellent job team

The food here can be good and it's cheaper than the other Jack in the Box's. However I hate is that they allow homeless people to come in and they don't make sure that they leave. I saw one guy pick up a cup from the trash inside and just use it to drink soda. Also they don't keep up with their maintenance on their bathrooms. They need to do better.

Worst Jack in the box. The staff is crazy rude. I hade to unlock my card and the drive thru lady got so annoyed she asked me to go inside to pay because they have a ātimerā. Mind you I have 4 kids in my car with me. My card unlocked immediately and she still didnāt let me and even got her supervisor who didnāt even hear me out and immediately came to the window upset. This was Saturday October 4th around 330pm
Iām incredibly nice and I donāt know why I pissed them off so much just for needing to unlock my card.

By far worst fast food experience I've ever had. Mobile order was placed at 9:57am received order at 10:19. For 3 hamburgers, couldn't even get the order right and made them cheeseburgers.

I went here because I received coupons in the mail. The jumbo jacks, 2 for $5, I got one day were just fine. Another day I got 2 meat lovers burritos, 2 for $7 were the bomb, great value. Both visits I used the drive thru.
Most times i go here my food is nice and fresh. Fries are crispy and sandwich hot/warm. Which is always a plus for me. Customer service seems to lack a little on most employees except a young man with a nice comb-over. He's always the nicest one there. 10/10 customer service. Hes always smiling and polite. Other young people there who i come across are very rude. And dont seem to care about their customer service. Especially one young man with curly hair. Seems like he doesn't like his job at all. But all in all as long as the other nice young man is there this will be my go to jack.

I was standing at the front, and no one offered to help me. I noticed the kiosk and tried to put my order in, but there were some modifications that I needed for my order. I was able to catch someones attention, and then they helped me. Also the tables were dirty. This was not a good experience.
