I usually get pretty good service from here they have some very kind employees the younger ones actually are very genuine seeming I've had some annoying momments with the staff thats a little older but it's fine can't win even battle. They do have a lot of homeless in this area, which makes it a little sloppy looking, but they keep it clean.
This is the first time in years I've had such a good employee working the drive thru ...perfect manners and great service! Jack should be proud. This guy made me feel like I was ordering from family.adrian should be training others how customer service is done!
My go-to Jack In The Box, I only gave 4 Stars of service, because I ordered a Large Sprite, with Extra Ice, and there was NO STRAW, I Initially thought that the straw would be in the bag with my meal, so when I arrived to my destination at the local park, (Veterans Park) in Fontana, I was quite surprised that there was NO STRAW in the bag. Fortunately, I keep at least 3 straws in my glove compartment, and I was able to enjoy my meal.
