The worst Jack in The Box I’ve ever been to. They have the worst service and constantly make mistakes. If it wasn’t the closest thing to me I wouldn’t even come. This Jack in the Box single handedly has made hate the brand and food. It used to be my favorite chain. I’ve tried talking to managers, kindly. They don’t care.

It’s so annoying that every single time you come here and you go to the drive-through they make you park in front and wait for your food. The point of the drive-through is to get your food and go and it’s every single time I live next-door I come here a lot And every single time I come I have to go park and wait for my food even when the drive-through is empty. I’m so over it if I have to park ever single time I just won’t come anymore

After you order they ask you to wait in the parking lot for them to bring food out. After 30 minutes of wait I had to walk in and get refund. Not work it.

Foods okay, it's a jack in the box wtv, service is alright just always check your order before leaving the drive through ESPECIALLY if you exit through citrus because there's no U turn. Don't be like me, a broke teenager down on your last 20$ with a quarter of your order missing.. 💔 (I didn't get my receipt either)
