They need a better system for pickup orders. When theres a lunch rush i just sit and use the app beats waiting in line. But they dont push out the orders. I had to go tonthe counter to ask for my order. 15 min wait for just a drink. I also avoid the drink machine its always a nasty sticky mess. Dirty hand prints sticky because soda splashes everywhere. And theres always a spill on the floor. There was a worker here that i havnt seen in days. He was always ontop of everything helping customers and cleaning tables mopping keeping the place tidy and neat.

WORST customer service I've had in a while. A tall lady took my order today, I was at the drive thru and there was only one car behind me and she rushed to give me my food and closed the window right away and turned the other way, they don't give you ketchup or sauces unless you request them but how are you gonna do that if the employee behaves that way? If you don't like your job don't take the opportunity from someone who wants to do their best.

Poor customer service. Dirty dining room. Didn't greet me when I arrived. I was in front the counter for almost 10 minutes until someone took my order.
When I pull up to the speaker and no one says a word for several minutes... not one word leaving you to believe that perhaps you are no longer open, you wait in line for 15 minutes then get to the window to only be told that you can't place an order you have to pull around and wait in line again. REALLY!!! Take my order whether I'm at the speaker or window. Is it my fault that you took so long to even say one word at the speaker and then no kooth, class, or professionalism to take my order. Rude!

We got the ice cube munchie meal tonight at the drive thru, first of all customer service was ok we asked if the sticker was in the box for my kid because my kid really wanted it and was excited for it and they took me “yeah i guess” we got the box we didn’t get the sticker, second the taco was too burnt like very very brown! The fires was somehow cold ? The tacos hot but the fires cold :/
