I don't know why but I've always liked JITB. Their food is good (although tacos could use less grease!), the service has always been exceptional and there's generally plenty of parking. For lasting through the ages--I highly recommend!!

Corrine you served us old food with an attitude because I asked you for sauce ,we didn't eat the food by the way . You pulled your mask off when you walked off to get our food and came back smirking with your mask off you are bad for business . I will be calling corporate

This Jack Box is close to My Job. It's been about 5 years last time I came inn to Dine inn to my surprise what a difference totally remodeled best part best part is that I did see employees cleaning regularly dining area seating area that is very important to us customers many times tables stay dirty for hours. I went through drive and let them know to cook hash brown and 21sandwiche well done and it wasnt done (well cook) they more so want to get the food out well done this location and other is not cooking the food throughout I will not be going back before I get sick years back a child died over a uncooked burger in Los Angeles years back I don’t want know gmo uncooked to rot in my stomach no thank you I will never go to jack n box

Quick and got my order right not like other jacks that got my order wrong and took for ever this one actually got it down good
Spoke with the manager Claudia and she was extremely unprofessional! Made me wait for an extended period of time before coming to speak to me again and didn’t follow thru with what she said she would do. All the ladies that worked the counter and driver thru ignored me as I stood there for minutes. NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!
