The worse Jack n box I been to. Order a salad they gave me 4 pieces chicken 2 tomatoes look like the salad was starving it self. The drive thru worker says the salads our pre made but the top of my salad said southwest and I order a garden smh horrible customer service and dirty inside.

We asked for a fresh order of curly fries and was just given a re fried fries..hard as a rock, rude kid at the window because we asked for a fresh order! Nothing new at this spot, my husband gets a breakfast and the hashbrowns are also always hard as a rock.. we always have to ask for a fresh one.. its not that complicated Jack!

I went through the drive thru around 6 and the team lead that helped me name was Pedro was very kind and friendly & made sure my food was fresh, I appreciate your guys hard work today thank you.
I ordered a strawberry shake ? and I think they only crushed a strawberry ? because it looks all white, you can't even tell what it is... It looks even more pink in the photo they have on the menu, this doesn't even have strawberries, it tastes like pure wipe, it's a disappointment that these staff don't care about taking care of their clients, they lose people, they lose money... and if they don't have fruit, it's better not to sell anything, be honest and say that they don't have it, don't sell it for the sake of selling, that Food is sacred so that they don't care about what they will consume. costumers... one arrives hungry enough for them to sell a lousy product...
