Cold food and the chicken club sandwich wasn't even hot french fries was horrible.I don't understand how a place stays open 24hrs serving cold food, the chicken sandwich taste like it wasn't fully cooked this is after the manager told me to pull to the number 2 spot because they just put the chicken in the fryer this location sucks.

Just went on the drive thru, asked if they would do bacon cheddar fries, they said yeah well just charge you separately, which they did, but they didn't do anything. Wasted my time, and charged me for something I wasn't given. Not the first time I have a terrible experience here either. Sucks because this is close to me. You can do better for sure.

They are like any other jack n the box, they have a young staff, they accidentally mix up orders from time to time, always check your bag before taking off that is a must.

I waited about 15 minutes in the drive-thru. I would have left if there weren't three cars behind me. The girl that took my order just said, "Go ahead" without greeting me or anything. Then I just waited after I ordered because she didn't give me the total or ask if the order was correct on the screen, so I just pulled forward. She didn't hear part of the order, which we didn't notice until we pulled away, and I was not going to wait another 15 minutes to fix it.That being said, my guest reported that the Buttery Jack was the best he'd ever had, and my Chicken Fajita Pita was fantastic, loaded with hot chicken and smothered with grilled onions and veggies.Weirdly, we received paper towels instead of napkins. They didn't affix the drink top, so we almost had a disaster in the car, but my guest caught it just in time. And the fries were from the bottom of the basket. Mostly great food for a Jack-in-the-Box, but not very good customer service.
