A man in a wheelchair here was waiting in line to served. The workers there with the manager president had informed other people that it’s only kiosk right now. Even though the guy in the wheelchair, I’ve been waiting as other people were ordering their food at the kiosk. Probably the worst Jack n Box I ve ever been to.

I went here today (February 14th 2025 around 9:35pm) the guy taking my order was Extremely rude pushing me to finish my order and being very disrespectful while doing it . Completely unprofessional, this is the second time this month with the same guy being rude. I canceled my order and left. My wife and I were very upset and had to look somewhere else to get food for our family .

Very sad! On 01/09/25 I ordered stuffed jalapeño and double jack from drive thru once I got home didn’t find any buttermilk ranch dipping sauce in the bag 😢😢😢. Normally the dipping sauce comes with stuffed jalapeño right?

The young lady who took our order seemed unfamiliar with the register and struggled to get the order correct. Most importantly, the Smash Burger on sourdough bread, along with our entire order, was only warm—not hot. We live just a 2-minute drive away, so the food should have still been hot when we got home. Unfortunately, it wasn’t.”

Jack in the Box never fails to satisfy the craving for a hamburger. Anywhere from a sourdough to a regular hamburger bun. I tried the most recent hamburger advertised The Smash Burger! I was expecting more but can't ask for too much from a hamburger franchise as Jack in the Box. It was good and satisfied my appetite for my lunch time. The drive thru has a easy access from either driveway entrance since the restaurant is located on a corner. Jack in the Box is always a go to, for a quick in and out restaurant at any time.
I paid so much and for the order not even complete. I missing 4 of cheesecakes and 2 of the chocolate lava cakes. And then 3 of my sweet and sour sauce

Went through drive thru and waited 5 minutes no one came. So went around and seen workers were there so went back through. Ordered a sausage crossaint and no sausage on my sandwich!!!! Was to late to go back already at work!!! Horrible service
