Jack in the Box never fails to satisfy the craving for a hamburger. Anywhere from a sourdough to a regular hamburger bun. I tried the most recent hamburger advertised The Smash Burger! I was expecting more but can't ask for too much from a hamburger franchise as Jack in the Box. It was good and satisfied my appetite for my lunch time. It's one of the better jack in the box's I've been to. The staff is friendly and attentive. They have surprised ne a few times with their great customer service. The one time I had an issue they resolved it quickly and very helpful. I of course did not go Karen mode on them either but they respectfully listened and fixed the small mistake. I really enjoy JIB. I honestly dont have the best experience everytime. But once I get my food I dont have any complaints about it. Sometimes whoever is working the drive-thru is new or just incompetent, so theyll have some miscommuniation with which sauces I ask for. Pretty annoying, but all in all, JIB is a fav.
