The older man that works there is very rude. He gives extreme attitude every time I have been there. Dirty looks along with angry face makes me not want to come back.

12-20-24 Super weird they made me wait at first window until "they call me"up to empty 2nd window. This caused the line to back up into the parking lot. Something was up since it is usually a good experience

I ordered through the drive through and asked for sauces at the window and at the speaker, I didn’t get them. I Walked in and wasn’t helped, manager looked at me then walked away then a minute later helped me. But the Manager was rude, I was standing there with my card in hand trying to buy my sauces. She was very rude trying to make it seem as if I was trying to get them for free when I repeatedly told her I will pay. She threw the sauces on the table and said next time pay for them. I said almost little to nothing this entire interaction other than the sauces I wanted and the fact that I will pay. Get another job if it’s so hard to help costumers like you’re supposed to, you get paid 20 a hour to be rude and do a half A job on making burgers??

Needs new Management Araclie is the worst, Other Mangers not Much Better. Giving a Marginalized group a time limit when there is no such time limit. But never said anything about a Time Limit to Other Guest. Only to the Repeat Guest???
Idk why it's so Difficult to Get a Fresh Hot Fry, then when I ask Her to remake it I get Attitude and Threats of Police and being Kicked Out. Again to A Repeat Customer who she sees several Days a Week this is How I'm Treated. ? Not Only that but then she Tells me She will give me a Smaller size back, if only She would of made them Fresh like I asked the 1st Time then All that Could of been Avoided.
But this Jack in Box Needs Help, Oh and they Have a small Roach ? ? Problem.

Always get our orders wrong and even after ordering five meals they charge us to have a handful of sauce by a young lady with glasses.
