Extremely Disappointing Experience at Jack in the BoxI had the most frustrating encounters at Jack in the Box on three separate occasions, all on Saturday nights around 3 am. As someone who works late and looks forward to a quick and satisfying meal, I was sorely disappointed by the lackluster service and unprofessional behavior of the staff members on duty.First and foremost, the main issue that plagued my visits was the apathetic attitude of the gentleman working during those late-night shifts. It was evident that he had no interest in his job or providing quality service. On each of the three occasions, I was informed that the system was down and would take a staggering 30 minutes to be operational again. It was incredibly frustrating to hear this excuse repeatedly, as if it was a standard response to any customer's request.To add insult to injury, it was shocking to discover that this particular Jack in the Box location lacked English-speaking employees. Being in the United States, I expected to be able to communicate easily with the staff members and place my order without any language barriers. However, this was far from the case. It is disheartening to witness a lack of consideration for the local customer base and an absence of employees who can effectively communicate in English.Furthermore, it was disheartening to see multiple cars being turned away during each of my visits. It seemed as though the staff members were more interested in turning down business than actually serving customers. This not only reflects poorly on the establishment but also demonstrates a disregard for those who are seeking their services during late hours.In conclusion, my experiences at Jack in the Box on those Saturday nights were nothing short of disappointing. The unenthusiastic and unhelpful employee, the constant excuse of the system being down, the absence of English-speaking staff, and the turning away of potential customers all contribute to an overall negative impression of this particular location. I sincerely hope that Jack in the Box management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the issues at hand, focusing on hiring employees who genuinely want to work and provide excellent service to customers.November 26th 3am whoever working this shift please find him different shift if he can't service people. Overall it was good experience, I ordered a burger and received a good burger. But, I also ordered a salad and it had a bug in it. Talked to the manager about it he did seem a bit irritated but it’s understandable since it was pretty busy. The only thing I would say just don’t order a salad or do up to you.Kid-friendliness: Has good kid meals.

They were under staffed. The manager was wearing too many hats. Helping with food, dealing with online orders and eventually taking our order. I don't think he smiled once. I tried to be upbeat but to no avail. The food was o.k. the restaurant is nice.

During in drive-thru, I saw "supposedly a manager / guy" did some cross-contamination with a spilled milkshake touching the counter where chemicals are used to clean and still using the same cup with shake and scooping up the spilled milkshake with the lid.

ordered food around 10 o'clock at night and pulled up to first window to pay and employee took my money and asked me not to pull forward to the pick up window until he flagged me forward so I sat there for seven minutes when there was no cars at the pick up window. Finally asshat flags me forward and I pick up my food. the number of items was correct but when I got home order was completely wrong. F. This place never going again

The managers here always have such a bad attitude and run away as fast as they can after handing you your food in hopes that you wont want any sauces and whatnot. It's just a shame because the location is convenient but you can really feel how unwelcome you are when you walk in. The food is fine but it's an unpleasant experience every time.

We normally come here and have excellent customer service, service with a smile and can't complain about the food. Tonight however was a different story. They were unusually busy, not sure why but the gentleman taking our order at the window, wasn't as friendly and seemed to be rushing us to order. We definitely sensed an attitude. When we got to the window to pay we could tell it was the same person that took our order by his tone. No smile at all, basically stoic face. He wasn't a happy camper for sure. When we asked for a cup holder he basically showed his annoyance and almost slammed the cups on the counter. Definitely prompting my review.The receipt says Jose, so if it was Jose that was at the drive through window tonight he needs to do better with his customer service.
