Everyone I go there and there is a woman manager at night the service is completely horrible I mean from snatching the money out my hand to cold fries cold stale burger it’s crazy to me that you could hand out this food like this not once not twice but every single time she works today is 4/18 12pm idk her name but she is on shift rn really really needs to be fired I live around the corner and can’t even get a late night snack wen she’s there

Soda machine was down and they kept taking orders asking people what they want to drink. While I waited for my drink 10 mins after getting my food I had enough time to almost finish what I ordered xD this store always has problems I was there for 20 mins and it was just me with not line to wait in... Got to a different jacks I recommend the service is bad 3 for 3 within the week like it's impressive how they delivered bad service all the time

This location I have disliked for many years, I have lived back in this area for about 2 years now and I went yesterday after my kids got out of school . The gentleman at the drive-thru was amazing. Great customer service, he wasn't rushing you through your order. Let's just say he was super great that my two kids said Mom he's cool, can we tip him. I wish I could have, but I only had my card with me. And two weeks ago also a young lady with a very soft voice but great customer service.
