I was at the drive thru late at night, they literally made me pull to the front rather than standing at the window. I was the only one in line, mind you. That was very strange. Service not too friendly and I ended up throwing the food away since I have no idea what the motive was behind moving me to where I can't see them preparing my food

Idk what kind of metrics they are trying to fool but having to pull up front and wait is an inconvenience that has become the norm.

Fast service and food always fresh. No sauces on last order included.Came here 3/2/2024 and ordered some tacos and a ultimate cheese burger ($7.49 just for cheeseburger) and of course they only put tacos in bag. I asked the lady at the drive through was everything in the bad and she said yes and I made the mistake of trusting her! The Foothill/Cherry Jack was better!

Idk what’s going on tonight, got there a little before 5:40pm (drive thru) the line was moving very slow. Wasn’t a big deal to me, but then I get to the window, pay and asked to go park in front of the store. I said ok, I go and park. Waited and waited, mind you I only ordered tacos. I decide to turn my car off and go inside which is an inconvenience (this is “fast” food rt?)I tell the boy working there I’ve been waiting outside for my two orders of tacos, he simply turns around and grabs tacos puts them in a bag and hands it to me… so I’m just confused why I had to wait so long if the tacos were there and ready to be put in a bag?If you’re busy, I get it, I own a business so I really do get it, but please don’t have your customers park up front just to put them on the back burner, especially for a small order like tacos.Get your team organized and stationed appropriately so that the line is flowing and have the food ready in a timely manner. I waited about 35 minutes total (in drive thru and out front).

Since the beginning of the school year, every Wednesday, l pick-up food for the (3) kids as an after school snack. Previously, l would utilize the Jack-in-the-Box drive-thru window service. But, after (3) separate incidents of getting home, and finding order items missing, and having to drive back to the restaurant, - that got to be excessively troublesome. As such, awhile back, l switched from using the drive-thru to just going inside & placing my order, - hoping for better service. However, today l placed my usual Wednesday afternoon order, and after arriving home, found again an ordered item missing, - this time an order of mini tacos missing. I drove back to the restaurant, & explained the situation. The employee (name of the"Cecilia" on the receipt) recalled my order of the mini tacos. However, a review of the receipt by the employee showed no mini tacos listed on the receipt. The apparent lead shift employee then interceded, couldn't explain why the taco order failed to be listed, and offered no apology or regret for my inconvenience. She then stated l would have place an order for the mini tacos. Normally that would make sense, but pointing-out to her the error occurred on their part, and for me to return to the restaurant was extremely frustrating, particularly when combined with my prior experience with their previous drive-thru order failures.Further, adding to my frustration, this lead employee alluded that l was attempting to procure "free food". That really upset me, - after pointing-out that it was clearly an error on the restaurant's part. To be accused of attempting to acquire a "free" $4 item was appalling, and to me, demonstrated the short-sightedness of this lead employee.I operate a business also, and if a customer came to me with a small item error on my company's part, l'd express an apology, and would make it right for the customer, - to even comp the small item error or service. I seek my business to reflect a high-degree of emphasis on customer satisfaction, & to earn their repeat business.Ultimately, to satisfy my kids, l ended-up having to buy the tacos with a discount.Today's poor continued customer service experience, combined with the issue of continuing missing ordered items by this restaurant, in my experience, reflects poorly on the Jack-in-Box brand.I will cease doing business with this restaurant.

Service was great. I waited a bit for the order but food was fresh and hot. Worth the wait. There's plenty of parking, too. I even received enough of ketchup/hot sauce.

The fries were like twigs, the cheeseburger was nothing like the picture and cheap meat with soaked in way too much bland sauce and the milkshake tasted like caugh syrup. And it sat in my gut like a brick and kept me up all night. Even adter taking two enzymes and a probiotic. This is death fooď no wonder youre fat and
