Cashier inside needs more people skills. . He didn’t hear my order right and made a face when I corrected him. I had a question about the app to redeem some points and was told he doesn’t know anything about the app. Dead stare. no let me see if I can figure it out or let me ask. Someone. Nothing. How can u work at JITB and not know anything about the app. Pointless

They say they close at 3 a.m. but you go at 2:30 a.m. and they're all on break joking and cackling about irrelevant stuff instead of taking orders terrible customer service. Sorry this was not intended for your location. My apologies this was for the jack in the box in chino hills on pipeline. This location was great. Again my apologies for the mix up
