Cashier inside needs more people skills. . He didn’t hear my order right and made a face when I corrected him. I had a question about the app to redeem some points and was told he doesn’t know anything about the app. Dead stare. no let me see if I can figure it out or let me ask. Someone. Nothing. How can u work at JITB and not know anything about the app. Pointless

Rude, horrible service. Sound like middle school kids working here. And they want to get paid $20 plus an hour. Can’t even get an order correct. Definitely won’t be coming here again.

I tried on more than one occasion to dine here (usually after 10 pm) that's when the order is 9 times out of 10 WRONG. After countless calls trying to get to speak with a team member/manager they ask you to bring it back tonight or in the the morning only to be meet by the morning manager who is STUCK ON a power trip and attitude because you are returning it. I will drive out of my way from here fwd before I spend my money there again!

We were ready to order and the drive through girl was like “let me know when you’re ready” a lot of times when we said we were ready, then when we said “we’re ready” for like the 5th time, she said “just let me know when you’re ready, I’m busy, and I’m not playing” with attitude, we even said the combo we wanted and then she just laughed and kept ignoring us
