When the new owners took over the place, I usually go there in the late afternoon/evening to get a dozen, majority of the time they had a good variety. The last 5 times I went (5 weeks), they were out of everything almost. They need to start making more Donuts ! Im getting really annoyed and tired of going there not having my favorites!
The doughnuts are delicious! The variety is great. The staff is friendly & welcoming. Thanks for keeping a New Castle favorite open. I look forward to my next visit.
Crappy management era Jacks sucked, so did the doughnuts. Know what sucks more than a "corporate" Jacks crapnuts? New corporate that fired the 36yr veteran of Jacks! Rodney was there when Jacks was good. He was there when they started the crappy doughnuts from the distribution center. He's not there now, because some snowbird from Florida fired him. I haven't been to Jacks in years due to there shitnuts, but I won't be returning now. loyalty means nothing to these cracker barrel...read full review
