I ordered a white gummy smoothie tonight and I specifically told the guy working behind the register I wanted it thick and not blended all the way through so that there is fruit chunks in the smoothie still. I tried the smoothie and it was completely smooth and had not 1 chunk in it. I went back inside the store to ask for it to be remade as I did not receive what I had asked for. There was a girl working there also who I had asked for it to be remade and she at first gave attitude for me even asking a question. She remade it and it STILL did not come out right. It was completely smooth again. Mind you, she handed me the remade smoothie and said “this one should be better for you, have a good night” while walking away completely full of attitude. I just simply asked of you to make the smoothie I paid for and had to repeat myself on how I wanted it made. And you still want to give me attitude? I will not be going to this location ever again and I highly suggest she gets trained on how to treat customers.

My order got sent to this location on accident by an app glitch. Tried calling the store to call about the order and no one picks up the phone. I’m can’t drive an hour out to go in person and get refunded. Very frustrating.

I have put a really big complaint to the company few months back, idk if have been even drawn to there attention there but I had to stop going there. . On my complain=bottom line "re-train your staff the correct way plus how to address right to one another when giving & receive customer service"???(5yrs ago posted great deal service. )Excellent service!!??Excellent service!!??

I came in this store to order a smoothie at 9pm and was told they were only taking online orders ???? I figured they only said that because they wanted to close so they turned me away. Store closes at 9:30 …I came 30 min before closing, bad for business.
