Went to Jersey Mike’s with my family and placed an order for a #16, asking for bell peppers instead of hot peppers. I even mentioned it was my first time visiting. The young lady taking my order didn’t offer a receipt, didn’t hand me my drink cup, and just walked away after I paid, so I had to grab the cup myself (check the cameras around 8 PM, I was wearing a black shirt).

When I got home, I found the sandwich had regular hot peppers, not bell peppers. I immediately went back to the store and politely asked for a replacement. The employees looked at each other, laughed, and one of them said they’d “call the manager.” After a quick pretend call, they came back and told me, “Sorry, we didn’t make a mistake.” No refund, no remake, nothing.

Left the sandwich on the counter and walked out.

Terrible customer service. very disappointing first experience. Thanks, Jersey Mike’s.

I had a positive experience. The restaurant was clean they wipe down after every customer. Bread fresh, solid teamwork, food delicious and fresh, and most importantly they were very fast. Friendly staff, everyone was on point

Whenever I order from the app at this store they never start cooking until after I show up. Then they try and tell me it's almost ready when I can clearly see no one is cooking it.

I love JM just not this one. Customer Service is their worst quality. We went yesterday for the first & last time. Ordered a sandwich and such hubby goes to pay for it with $100 bill. That’s was my smallest currency and JOSH refused to accept it without explanation. Hubby come to car to tell and get me card I got out because I wanted to know his reason.
Looking around there was this big white guy staring at us & Josh trying to show his political side. I wasn’t intimidated at all. As for the reason he gave was (looking at the guy) we used to take them but we’ve gotten a few fake one so we don’t take them anymore.
I asked who the owner was and apparently didn’t want to tell me. I asked 3 more times so he said he would call his district manager. He has it on speaker to his mouth and the background music was so loud I couldn’t hear anything. Then the owner called and he lied and told him I wanted him to put a sign to say something that never came from me. I did asked if the was a sign that says “NO LARGE BILL OVER $20” (Yes big guy still looking at me and I said “ I don’t care about him looking at me I’m not afraid of him or no one else in this world.) I told Josh that I am a CAA for the IRS which means I’m a Forensic Examiner and I don’t pass illegal money. Someone told him to take the money but he said he didn’t have a marker which was a lie it was on the register. With that I classified him and the store owner to be bias aka racist and a bit uneducated on counterfeit money. It’s the $20 bills you need to worry about.
At the conclusion of me using my card Josh sarcastically said loudly “you have a nice day. You have a nice day miss” (yes big guy was still looking)
Today you will receive your first BBB complaint and I’ll reach out to Corporate VP.
No matter my hunger I will not return with a penny from pockets. Bread hard and over loaded with watery Mayonnaise

Went in today around 1 and ordered 3 subs for my family, the girl with the red hair who was taking my order seemed like she was upset and had a attitude when I was telling her what toppings I wanted. I understand she was in charge of the meat part but she could’ve lost the attitude when telling me the young man was going to put my toppings on. I’ve worked in customer service before and I know customers come first. If she can’t get her job done by doing so then this isn’t the work environment for her. Management needs to fix this because this is unacceptable. I believe the young man at the register said her name was Vanessa.

The guys who was at the order stations skipped over me and was going to take the girl next me order first. Unsure why. He asked for my order I told him a number seven and he immediately started making it without asking the bread I wanted which was the rosemary and he made it in white. I told him what I wanted and he looked irritated that he had to start over. Well he should have ask or let me finish speaking. The next person for topping didn’t ask me anything I asked for pepper and he did so great. I didn’t even get to get another word out before he already assembled the sandwich I didn’t get to add anything else on my sandwich and I tried to tell him that’s not all and he was still wrapping the sandwich. Worst sandwich I ever had in my life so plain didn’t ask if I wanted mayo or mustard they just slapped three things on it and called it a day they were moving tooo fast for me to say what I wanted which on it and they didn’t even ask
