Jersey Mike's Subs

First thing, quality of food excellent, no issues with staff very nice, but new employees need a little more training, labeling sandwiches is needed, also had an order of 5 big sandwiches and only 4 mayonnaise packets were put, I get when your new you will make mistakes, but shadowing is needed, red wine vinegar, had to ask to be put in, no napkins, were also not put in, these are essential for ordering especially if its a big order, but all in all a great place to eat.

This Jersey Mike sucks. Customer service have a bunch of ungrateful kids working there. Plus there skimpy with the meat and veggies. Prices are outrageous. Very rude. I would recommend going to Chipotle next door at least they treat customer with a little more dignity and respect.

Excellent service and attention to details. The young man who assembled my sandwich was a true master of his craft.
I had mixed emotions about eating such a beautiful piece of work.

Nice options, and the taste and quality beats any nearby sub shops. Seems clean and organized, but my visits are always right after they open. Staff seems to know what they are doing.

Don't call and order thru their AI , only thing that answers. Order a hot sub. Got there said that doesn't work. 30 minutes wait. Acted like it was my fault. Lost a customer here. Very frustrated with the attitude and service. Haven't put a bad review in a while. They deserve it.

Today, 01/31/25 I ordered two Philly Steak Bowls, extra meat, extra green and red pepper, extra mushroom, extra bacon. I found one small green diced bell pepper, no red bell peppers, and three slices on mushroom. The bacon and meat seemed fine, just dry. My bill was $76 and change. I called to let them know and they seemed un-enthusiastic about trying to keep my business. I've eaten at this same one year before last and it was fabulous. I won't be a returning customer to this Jersey Mike's.

The employees were very helpful, polite, and fast. I was impressed with all of them. I only got three of the four to show a big smile, but I will try harder next time.

3 starts because food was good but how you going to give me a hot ass drink in my pick up order it was sealed so I opened it and saw everything was there but I didn’t touch anything so I didn’t feel my drink was hot like is it so hard to get it from the fridge that is right there
