the place is clearly ran by a bunch of teenagers they're very rude, unprofessional and don't move with any urgency. It took a few minutes for someone to even walk up to the counter and address me idk if it's because i'm black and they're not used to seeing many of us out here but they weren't doing anything when I walked in initially. Then it took me 20 minutes to get my sandwich and there were 3 workers, 2 standing around and only one making the sandwiches. They didn't cut my wrap in half and skimped on the ingredients idk what their doing but it's clearly not their job they come to work to socialize and can't even make a proper sandwich get it together JIMMY JOHNS WTF.

I had never been to a Jimmy John's before and I wanted to try something different. It did not go well. To start, there were dead cockroaches on the floor in the bathroom and the trash in the trashcan was overflowing and spilling all over. Next, It cost approximately $30 for one 16" sandwich, 2 drinks and 2 bags of chips. When the sandwich was delivered to our table, I actually thought they made a mistake and only brought us a loaf of bread. You could not see anything inside the sandwich until you peeled the bread apart. Given the fact that we ordered the sandwich with meat, lettuce tomato and avocado, you would think that you would readily see the ingredients, the sandwich looked nothing like the pictures they display on the menu. First impressions are everything so needless to say, this did not leave a good taste in my mouth and I will not be patronizing this store again or any other Jimmy John's locations.

Got there was asked to wait for bread at least 20 min instead they had they little John bread … food is not worth the price … employees looked like to stoner kids … people want clean kept people handling there fresh food … won’t come

Came in today for a beach club first thing he tells me we don't have bread .!!? It's 440 on a Sunday and all you do is make sandwiches, how don't u have bread lol ?? Used their bathroom b4 leaving and dude try's to offer me a bag of chips for free ?? Wild...

Went to Jimmy John's tonight and the woman who took our order was very rude and short with us. I guess we shouldn't have expected much since it's Jimmy Johns, but it's still annoying when people think being rude is Ok .

Placed a catering order to be ready at 1pm. I called the restaurant at 12pm to ensure it would be ready on time. They assumes me it would be ready or maybe 5 mins past the scheduled pick up time. Arrived at restaurant to pick up my catering order and it was not ready. Order was 45 minutes late.

Constantly makes the order wrong, we have check every sandwich before we leave the store.
Went to get a Sandwich for my son today at about 12:30 in the afternoon. Walked in and waited. Nobody offered to help take anyone's order. More people came in...the 4 people behind the counter never looked up. Finally I asked the guy closest to the register if we could order and he said anything we order would take about 25-30 min! He acted angry that anyone was asking. Myself and the other three groups waiting in line all left. They were working on what looked like a catering order but turning away business coming in the door. All from the place that claims to be "freaky fast." Looking at the other reviews here I wonder how long they can hold on losing customers at this rate...

First time I ordered through the app at about 7:20 PM, I received a call saying they were out of bread (French rolls) due to 2 large catering orders from the morning. I asked if they were cancelling my order or what. The young man said my order would just take longer because they had to proof & bake the bread. I told him I would call him back because my son was picking up the order. When I called back, 3 minutes later, I spoke with Brianna, the manager, who told me she had to cancel my order because the bread wouldn't be ready before they closed at 9. Having worked in a commercial bakery, I offered suggestions to speed up the proofing time so they could get my order prepared in less than an hour and a half. Brianna told me they can't change the temp on the oven, proofer, or thermostat. By this point I was more than furious, a $65 order for sandwiches they can't complete in 90 minutes!!! I asked for the owners info and she said she isn't allowed to give that out, but offered to pass my info to the owner. That was almost a week ago and I have received NOTHING from anyone, except my money back!!!!!!

This owner deleted my comment because he knows he doesn't know how you run a business THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN HAVE DISH SOAP and uses bleach and water to clean everything smh sad excuse for an owner not only don't they clean there proofer oven carefully there veggie bins and bread bins are absolutely disgusting ?

This review is based solely on two sandwiches. The first, was approximately one month prior, it was compact, well made and easy to eat. We were impressed with #1, an older Mexican man made it that day. We were so surprised by how much we enjoyed it. We split the giant Ham/Turkey/Cheese combo. A month later, again we were passing through on a long trip and stopped for #2, The exact same sandwich ordered the exact same way was far from the same. A woman (presumably a manager?) made this one. It was dripping with oil and vinegar, the toppings were clumped here and there, it was drippy and messy and nearly impossible to consume. A $21.00 sandwich that is so messy and destructible is a crime. I give a generous 3 star because the other gentleman's sandwich was so good it had us return. We will likely not return for round #3. We will find another stop along our long road trip.
