I visited Juice It Up off summit today and it was a terrible experience. The staff was not only rude but also completely ignored my specific requests for how I wanted my smoothie made. When I got my order, it was nothing like what I asked for. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. Definitely not going back.

The carrot had mold on it and I told the attendant about it and she said yes I'll dig for inside the bucket for better one , instead of getting a fresh ones she continues juicing it , so when I drove off and I am drinking it I noticed it has black spots I opened the top I saw mold, I end up throwing it away after I drank 1/2 that was a very bad experience I hope I don't get sick.

NO restrooms for customers who sit, for customers who have to wait, for customers who sit and drink juice or eat a acai bowl and for an establishment in a 20k feet building is NOT accessible, NOT inclusive, NOT sanitary and perhaps against osha.

At 8:15pm I was told again that they weren't serving raw juices at the moment when the don't close until 9pm. I know it's because they don't want to have to clean the machine but really? This is the 4th time this happens here.
I have been going to this juice it up Monday thru Friday every week for a year and a half I have been to others but stopped going because of the service and cleanliness of the stores but this one off Summit and Beech in Fontana is absolutely great the people are great and the store is clean I will continue to go there and am thankful to have such a great store to frequent. Thank you Summit juice it up for being great all the time.
