To the owner:

Stop putting yourself behind the line to skimp out on making your product taste bland. When your own workers tell you “it’s going to be bland”, maybe you should listen. Mere cents on penny pinching, is going to lose you customers. Before you say “I don’t know what I’m talking about.” I’ve managed and done cost checks/inventory for places that are the same as yours. Multiple reviews say the same thing.

Also, the open ventilation crocs you wear, aren’t to par with health code. Wear closed shoes, that’s disgusting.

Your workers are great, I usually avoid when you’re there. Will do my best to spread the word around.

First visit, store wasn't opened when it should have been. When I returned today I was explained the issues occurred of first visit and was apologized to. Ordered the Evergreen smoothie and was able to customize it. It was delicious (even without the standard sherberts in it). Recommended option!

I've never been to a juice it up that was so bland especially for 6.99 for a small☠️ I was already back on the highway before I was able to taste the drink. I definitely tasted more sink ice than fruit.

I went to get an açaí bowel that my mother and I have been craving, we were left disappointed to say the least. Aside from having to wait longer than usual, my mother and I could not finish the bowel because of how bland it tasted. 1 worker to deal with large amount of customers. As a person who worked in food service I can say that this owner/manger clearly does not know how to support their staff. Save your time, save your money.

Ordered a bowl and a smoothie today stepped out to my car and my son went and got them when they were ready I didn’t notice until I drove out of the parking lot that my bowl was the wrong bowl I ordered a protein bowl and this was not it. Also after opening it and looking at it the bowl was all melted and liquid looked like soup with granola did not eat or drink it threw it away. My sons smoothie was thick there was two girls working so I don’t know if they each made one… those bowls aren’t cheap either

I visited Juice It Up earlier today and was quite surprised to see that only one employee was handling all the stations during a significant rush period. This situation not only led to long wait times but also seemed overwhelming for the lone worker. I felt genuinely bad for the employee, who was clearly under a lot of pressure trying to manage everything alone. This stuck with me for the rest of the day and lead me to leaving my first ever review. For a better customer experience and to support the well-being of employees, I recommend that management ensures adequate staffing during peak hours.

If I could I wouldn’t even put one star the employee CHANNEL an African American girl at the front was so rude. Takes like 5 min to even To the front probably the reason 2 girls walked out taking about her attitude I paid no mind I got a açaí bowl it was ready for 10 minutes people came in after and there order was ready she NEVER SAID ANYTHING it sat there It was already melting worst costumer service ever. If you want a business to grow get rid of employees like this.
