My wife and I would love Acai bowl Thursdays. We both enjoyed the Acai bowls. However, for the past month, something has changed. The Acai is not the same. The granola also changed. Whoever is preparing the bowls is not paying attention to the details like placing the granola at the bottom of the bowl as well as the top. These bowls are not cheap and should be prepared with the best ingredients and attention to detail. Whatever has changed, please change it back.

I always order the same drink and usually stick to my regular location in Murrieta, where it’s consistently great. But I happened to be in Fontana for business and decided to grab a snack. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
My drink was watery and had no flavor—and I thought maybe it was just mine, but my daughter said the same about hers. We ended up spending $22 on drinks we couldn’t even finish.
On a positive note, the cashier was friendly and polite. Still, I expected better quality and consistency.

I walked in around 2 pm the cashier with a really bad actitude rude and mean never had an experience like this , as a costumer service worked you have to greed the customers and make feel comfortable this is not the case bad service

Inconsistent. You can order the same drink every day and it won't taste the same. Sometimes it taste more like water and other times it's so thick you feel rewarded.The ceiling needs to be cleaned FYI.
