I always order the same drink and usually stick to my regular location in Murrieta, where it’s consistently great. But I happened to be in Fontana for business and decided to grab a snack. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
My drink was watery and had no flavor—and I thought maybe it was just mine, but my daughter said the same about hers. We ended up spending $22 on drinks we couldn’t even finish.
On a positive note, the cashier was friendly and polite. Still, I expected better quality and consistency.

Why don’t they answer there phone ? . I was calling before hand no answer twice , figured it was busy but no , on the phones always . Anyways service was reasonable but will probably not recommend here 05/13/25

I walked in around 2 pm the cashier with a really bad actitude rude and mean never had an experience like this , as a costumer service worked you have to greed the customers and make feel comfortable this is not the case bad service

Inconsistent. You can order the same drink every day and it won't taste the same. Sometimes it taste more like water and other times it's so thick you feel rewarded.The ceiling needs to be cleaned FYI.

I work at a nearby this Juice It Up I got off at work at 4:15. I was in Juice It Up at about 437 when I walked in I was not greeted. I had to say hello to the cashier myself. I’m in customer service as well. I know that we get tired but that’s unacceptable, when I said hello to her, she act like I said something that I was not well at all I’m gonna have to go home and blend it again

I didn't like the smell that was in the environment, it wasn't a pest, but it smelled strong...the girl responded normally. A small glass of pineapple juice costs almost 8 dollars.
