I work at a nearby this Juice It Up I got off at work at 4:15. I was in Juice It Up at about 437 when I walked in I was not greeted. I had to say hello to the cashier myself. I’m in customer service as well. I know that we get tired but that’s unacceptable, when I said hello to her, she act like I said something that I was not well at all I’m gonna have to go home and blend it again

As you can see , it was so good I finished it all ! This peanut butter horchata is so good ! It's seasonal so you have make sure you try it before it's gone ;( ! The service was okay . I wish the staff were more knowledgeable on how the points & app works on a mobile phone . I asked a few questions & they weren't sure . The woman who helped me also decided to nicely brush me off to get the transaction overwith. It's at a 4 star because the drinks are always nicely made

I ordered two Mango Manias and they both had pieces of glass like this. Luckily we didn't consume them but this is beyond dangerous. At first I thought it was ice but I tried chewing it and it never disolved. I don't know how that could even get in there but this should never happen. For all I know I could've swallowed smaller pieces that went unnoticed

Ordered two mango smoothies and both cups had small fragments of glass or a clear hard plastic in them. It was definitely some inedible object and made me feel really uneasy. The workers should just be a bit more careful when blending.

I usually have good experiences here and I’ve definitely never received any juice so thick it’s more like a smoothie. The San Bernardino location always juices them I don’t know if they do it differently here or it’s just how it was made. This turmeric juice is just too thick I’m disappointed that the one place that juices fruits and vegetables and my juice came out nothing but pulp for almost $10.

I always order the Açaí berry bowl, every time I've been to this location it's watery and it doesn't taste the same. I won't be visiting this location anymore. It's like a soup. All the ingredients get mixed in really fast don't know what's going on over here but they don't know how to make the bowls.

I came in earlier today and was greeted by a very lovely young lady named Nicole :) I ordered the energizer and it was by far the best juice/drink i've ever had! It had the perfect combination of everything and I was able to taste each and every fruit/vegetable in that drink. I will definitely be coming back again, amazing drink and better service.

I'm very disappointed. It tastes like flavored acai water. Hardly any flavor. Strawberries look old. Textured is like watered down oatmeal. I'm not planning on going back

First time at this business it was very dirty crumbs and dust around the register. Glass on Front door was full of finger prints and dry water stains. Oranges on the wall had white mold on them apples on the wall were soft with rotten spots and one had teeth marks on it .display shelves are covered with dust straw wrappers. Counter top where it meets the wall had food spatter dust and crumbs. Black monitor on wall was covered with dust . Spindle were they placed your drink for pick up had dried juice splatter on it. Will never go back.

Asked for Extra ginger in my juice.. Got no ginger? Main reason I came was for ginger juice. Try Nekter Juice Bar if you’re looking for a good raw juice with ginger
