I left this location at 6:30PM today. I was helped by Jennifer R + her colleague, whose name I failed to obtain (young Asian male). I ordered a regular sized açai berry bowl. When I got my order, there was no banana. There was an excessive amount of blueberries. I was fine with paying 50 cents for them to add the topping I requested in the first place. My only request was that he re-make the bowl. This could easily sound unnecessary to the next person. Luckily I’m not looking for agreement on my preference as a paying customer.
The male employee said, “I’m just gunna put it on top.” I asked if he could just re-make it? He said, “I don’t understand, it’s the same thing.” I currently work in both the food industry and medical field. I have a great level of respect for these occupations. But it also grants me sense to know, that these are not the types of responses nor interactions that maintain the quality and consistency of a business. I requested a refund + a refund receipt. Jennifer R quickly passed me a receipt. I explained that this receipt does not confirm a refund. It’s a regular receipt that simply says I purchased a bowl at 6:24PM. Jennifer R said that if I don’t get my refund In X amount of days, that “I could just come back and explain my story.” I got Jennifer R to at least sign the receipt she gave me. I hope this stands up if I have to come back. Just to top it off…. I was the only customer in the store that entire time. Meaning that, my request wasn’t affecting absolutely anyone’s time except the employees that applied & secured this position at Juice It Up. They chose to be combative instead. This experience was TRASH.

Drinks are packed with juicy goodness. Started a detox and the Detoxifier drink has been amazing at doing what it does best: detoxify and curve hunger. They have a ton of drink, smoothie and blended juice options. As well as healthy fruit bowls and snacks. You can order ahead on their website on Google and pick up. I recommend if you are looking for truly 100% fruit options. You can also add and take items out of your beverages. Small amount of seating inside in the corner. They do have a bathroom.

Just left juice it up and the lady there was extremely rude . I was surprised and asked who the manager was and she told me it was herself . When I asked her for her name she said “I am not telling you my name , I don’t have to tell you my name” with a childish attitude.I told her I was present when that location first opened and have been a customer for years and I doubt that the owner or wife would appreciate how she is treating the customers . She then responded “well sorry we changed owners in august for your information” . I take it from her comment that the new owners accept this behavior. This happened today 1/30/23 at 11:15 am . She was working with server Jennifer R , but like I said wouldn’t provide me with any contact info to report her behavior. She didn’t try to help me at all, I was in there and had ordered for my 3 kids and myself. My kids drinks were perfect but I just wanted my vitamins blended in , that’s all. My kids were even surprised with her attitude. What a manger …. EwThis started just because I asked KINDLY “may you please blend my bowl for me so I can get the whole boosts that I paid 2 extra for” and she looked annoyed and said no you have enough in there . She said a boost is like 1/8th of a teaspoon, I just said well I know I’m missing a lot because it’s at the bottom of the container still and all around the blender container . She could’ve easily done this for me instead of going back and forth. There wasn’t even other people in the store making orders.
Check your Açaí Berry Bowl before leaving the store. They gave me rotten fruit.
Thank you for speaking out about racism towards Black people! This is the reason I patronized for the first time today. As a newly thriving company I understand you may not be able to donate now towards this cause but please do so in the near future when you are able. Thank you so much for giving military veteran discount as well!

I currently stopped to place an order and one of the cashiers asked for my name. I told her I chose not to give my name as no one else was in the store except myself and my son. My order was simple and I didn’t feel comfortable giving people my name. The female cashier then proceeded to tell me that I was rude and all I had to give was my name. I informed her that it doesn’t make a difference as no one was in the store. She proceeded to argue with me and then raising her voice trying to kicked me and my son out of the store because I addressed the other cashier when I tried to get the managers name to file a complaint of harassment. The 4 cashiers/workers refused to give me the name of the managers and the first cashier proceeded to raise her voice attempting to kick me out the store. I told them that I will call the cops as they were harassing me and my son for no apparent reason. I left the store willingly and called the public disturbance hotline with the Fontana Police Department to file a report. I also took a photo of the ladies to further protect myself from their retaliation.
The customer service at this location is absolutely amazing. Carissa is very kind, attentive, and already knows my order every time she sees me.
