I came around the evening with the thought of “it’s another fast food joint nothing special.” But i was wrong. The moment i entered I was immediately greeted by a young man. There was a good amount of people ahead of me waiting for their order. As i was waiting in line, i looked around and the place was spic & span, which is not common in fast food places. A young girl took my order, and they also had a kiosk available (which i dislike a lot) she took my order really fast. I don’t remember my exact order, but i would consider a large order. I waited about ten minutes until my order was called. A young man handed me my order, and he was very polite. He told me to “have a fantastic night” and that was something i never heard of before. Need i say the food was absolutely delicious!!! The biscuits were soft and fresh, compared to the dry and nasty ones they have at the Rialto location. The chicken was tender, thick, and so juicy!! The sides provided were all hot & yummy. If you’re looking for a new fried chicken spot this is it! This place exceeded my expectations!

The place was clean, there were two people ahead of us who were ordering on the self serve screen. The guy behind the counter asked if they needed help and neither answered so he helped take our order. We ordered to go, we ordered the 16 piece bucket meal. I was disappointed to see they now add thee gravy with the mashed potatoes, no longer in separate containers. We ordered original mixed which is usually 4 pieces of breasts,thighs,legs and wings. We were disappointed as we all agreed the chicken didn't taste like the old original we remembered. Otherwise it was just ok.

No customer acknowledgement, you have to order at a kiosk, no receipt given or suggest to be given in person. Attendant yelled out order when done, left it on counter and walked away. Older people didn't stand a chance. Unless, the next customer helped.

The manager was very nice he took care of me and my family
So I haven't been to k f c in more than three years and decided to order in the parking lot of an ontario k f c for lunch. Little did I know that it doesn't recognize Your location even though you're in the parking lot of any kfc. It placed the order for the location in Fontana.And then Charge me the full price even though it says that there's an item not available. There was no option To cancel the order so I have to call to request a cancel, That was on Friday. The funds are still processing today- Monday, That is just ridiculous. Looks like I will continue to never eat At k f c ever again

KFC’s chicken tenders were okay—crispy outside but a little dry inside. The BBQ dipping sauce was tasty and helped with flavor. The staff was friendly and fast. The restaurant and parking lot were clean and well-kept. Decent overall.
