I walked in and was not greeted, then Kevin finally decided to come to the front to get our order but he had the most miserable attitude. His attitude was so bad I walked out. Hey Kevin maybe you should find another job if you don’t like working for KFC it is not the customers fault your at a job you hate.

I love there barbecue chicken sandwiches & there wraps. The one on vineyard & foothill Blvd Always been excellent for me. But now they're going to have one closer to my house. But if the new one has attitude. I will continue to go to the one in rancho. The new one is being built in Ontario down from in n out & Wendy's

Food was good. Had a thigh that looked like someone got to it before me, and when I brought it to the gentleman working at the drive through he made it right!
So I go through the drive thru order a chicken sandwich meal. Ask for Extra mayo and ranch and the male CS says ok.I then pay, he hands me the bag slams the window in my face. Does ask if I need anything else.I wait and wait and wait for him to return to rhe window.I ask him for the mayo I ordered. He's says I can't give u Mayo. The owner said we can't give our Mayo.I said I can pay for it.NO WE DONT GIVE OUT MAYO.SO I asked for a refund on my food.I want mayo on my chicken sandwich.So rude and ridiculous.Waste of my time. Never go here again.

Saw commercial about chicken sandwich. On my way home wanted to try it. Did not go inside. Just the drive thru. Employee was short but courteous. I received my order and took it home. Good tasting sandwich. They had great packaging. And we’re not skimpy with the ketchup.

It's happened twice now that they're unable to make crispy/extra crispy chicken during nighttime hours. Both times we ordered on the KFC app. And both when our order was ready they asked me if we wanted original recipe instead. The workers were unable to cancel or refund the order. And the app doesn't have a refund button, plus the customer support phone number doesn't work. The workers should be able to cancel or refund an order if it can't be fulfilled, because the app ain't working right for that.
Parking: There are some spots outside that are marked for KFC only. This happened a little while back.
