Klatch Coffee - Fontana Sprouts

Let me start off by saying this is more about the change in management. I am a faithful customer. So faithful this location's veteran employees like Malissa know me by name. However, since I haven't seen the veteran employees or the former manager (the gentleman with glasses), things have gone DOWNHILL. The new employees while nice, they do not have the experience to deal with certain things/problems. They should always have someone who has been with the company for a while to assist them. I have had several errors with my orders recently. Including today when I placed my order and I was charged for a whole different drink. Management wasn't there, she had to call management, still couldn't fix it and now I have to wait until management gets into the store to fix my order to refund me my money. That's if she (the manager) remembers. Every time the new manager is in, things get backup. There is always a line because for some reason she is the only one who handles the espresso machine. So more than likely I will have to call to make sure she REFUNDS MY MONEY. This location used to run like a well-oiled machine and now its unorganized. Cold brew not working, decaf not ready, orders not correct. BRING BACK THE OLD TEAM PLEASE and help the new employees! It's too early in the morning to have this many issues. Coffee is supposed to start your day off in a positive way. Sincerely, a LOYAL customer!

Update! I spoke to Candice the manager today (3/6). She acknowledged and understood my concerns and provided great customer service today. Thank you.

I just want to give a special shout out to Melissa at Klatch Coffee - Sierra Lakes Pkwy.

Every time I come in, she is friendly, happy, vibrant, and ready. I come in often, and her consistency does not go unnoticed. She always makes my coffee mornings feel welcoming and positive.

As a valued customer, I see the effort. Melissa truly sets the tone, and I appreciate her energy every single time.

Me and my husband come to this location on a regular basis and usually have a good experience. It is sometimes busy and I wait longer than I would like but the girls who work here are very sweet and apologize every time which is why I was so disappointed today. I waited almost 15 minutes for a drink. There was only one girl who is usually there making all the drinks while a guy was running around her doing stuff . Meanwhile, another girl I have only seen once or twice before was just there and didn’t step in to help at all.

At one point, we all saw the girl making drinks burn her hand pretty badly it looked like. We all saw the water go all over her and still kept going, no one jumped in to help her. Me and another gentleman who watched were telling her what to do when she got home to help the burn.

I understand that there can be a wait sometimes, and I’ve experienced that here before, but please help your employees and schedule better.

3 employees standing around and 1 barista hard at work, exactly why am I wanting 5 mins to order. Get to work. Chit chatting like people don't have priorities. The only person working was the barista. I am never shopping at Klatch again, DUTCH bros is right across!

Lately I think this cafe is been going downhill because I've been going to a couple locations and either they don't have the milk that I need or I could drink or they're out of certain stuff and it's just very thrown off I don't know what's going on, they need to get it together 😞

The workers here are all so nice, I'm a regular and they know my order by heart, they always ask me about school or what I'm learning now. Always so supportive.

The drinks here are also amazing, I always get a Matcha over ice, and they never fail me! I only wish is for them to bring the Ube cold foam! I was addicted to that stuff!

Idk what happened but the drinks have gotten really milky. I can barely taste the espresso now.
Also that tip prompt doesn't go away unless you click a tip percentage or select other to get to the 'no tip' selection. Having to do that directly in front of the cashier is pressuring you to HAVE TO TIP. This tipping stuff is getting out of hand these days. I couldn't pay until I selected a tip.
The 'no tip' button needs to be in the front selection with your 15%, etc. I mean what’s gonna happen if they see me clicking ‘other’ and then ‘no tip’? Will they do something to my drink? It’s just stuff you gotta think about unfortunately.
I don't mind tipping here n there but cmon, the way it's laid out on the card prompt is baiting and pressuring us. It's keeping me from wanting to come here. :/

Went yesterday to this location, usually I go to the one inside Sprouts in Rancho C. But which is very clean and the workers are very nice, but on this location(Fontana) this place was so dirty from the counter, walls, trash can, etc.

I came here for the first time lattes don’t really have much of a flavor . It’s just too milky.. did not enjoy it 🙁 probably won’t come back here . Unless I want a glass of milk.

Great coffee. This was our first time trying. Did a hot creme brûlée latte and a lavender latte. Both were made just right.

Cashier and barista were so helpful and friendly. They recommend the iced crème brûlée and it was amazing. I told them I was craving something creamy and sweet and this was perfect. Would highly recommend, coffee is good quality and very tasty

Very conveniently attached to Sprouts. They are cashless, so be sure to have another form of payment. For hot coffee, they also have only 2 sizes. (I didn’t pay attention for cold drinks.)

It’s probably been a few years since I had
Klatch. I do recall liking the coffee. There locations are usually out of my way when it’s time for coffee. I got a hot lavender latte and it was absolutely delicious. I’ve been thinking about it everyday since I had it.
