1st time we went food was ok but michelada was fabolous... but the owner followed us out and kept taking to us which was weird and uncomfortable.
2nd time we went, food was ok but michelada no good.
Normally i would not rate any average place, but its been few weeks and yesterday owner drove up on our side on Foothill blvd and asked if we remembered him-we didnt but he proceeded to talk and ask why we did not return saying we did not like it and asked if we lived nearby.. just creepy and awkward. It is a place i would not go back due to weird owner. He should mind his business better

La Cascada is a total vibe!
The food is bursting with flavor—fresh, authentic, and cooked to perfection. I had the chicken plate and it was juicy, well-seasoned, and incredibly satisfying. The best part? They serve warm, handmade tortillas that take the whole meal to the next level. The staff is super friendly, and the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend!

I stopped by on a Sunday morning, hoping for a good Menudo… and it was the best I’ve ever had. The tripas were like butter, and you have to pick out the bones from the meat-chunks, which float in a broth that goes straight through your heart on its way to your stomach 😌 - 20/10, I plan to be back again <3

This is literally someone’s house. Truly authentic I felt like I was in Mexico. Homemade corn and flour tortillas homemade sopas. Everything was delicious. Salsa was spicy. Michelada‘s were cold. We will be back.

Wowsers!!! This is my All-Time Favorite Mexican Restaurant in all the 48 states that I have visited. This is run by a really nice Mexican Family, and I am sure using some of the best handed down recipes that have been perfected over many years!

I have found a few pics of my favorite dishes I would always get, and I will add more once I can find them.

They are in Fontana, CA, right about a mile off of the I-10. Parking is very limited, but, I normally always found a place to park, even though I am in an 18 Wheeled Car!

Eunice was my normal waitress, and I can't remember the names of the rest at the time I was going there, but Eunice was the daughter, of the family run business. Hope I am spelling her name correct.

I am sure she is still working hard to bring the hungry people who come in for the Absolute Best Mexican Food available, and I have tried Mexican food in many different states, and I can tell you without any doubt, La Cascada is Simply The Best! Period, Bar None!

Once you try it, you will be a Loyal Fan For Life!

The negative for me, is they serve soda in cans, so there is no free refills, however, the service is good, the Food is Amazing, so, that does not bother me too much...

PS I will add more images when I find them, as I had several favorites, and I am not seeing my Caldo Siete Mares right now. Also, their homemade tortillas are Awesome!
