El Arco De Michoacán

We were waiting in line for over 20 minutes, and everybody else seemed to get serviced before us, Not once have the workers asked if we were serviced at all they just came to the natural assumption that we have already ordered. After telling the workers that we have not had service, we had to wait more time because they were still servicing other people before we were, And another line started forming for checkout. Overall, I’m very disappointed because coming to this location, attention to customer service always seems to be an issue.

Unbelievably horrible service.
When I entered, there was only 2 people in front of us and we waited for them to finish their orders. But as they were finishing up their orders, other people entered this place as well. As I was waiting however, We expected to be served next but INSTEAD they served the OTHERS Instead? They completely ignored us and we waited for 15 mins and not ONCE did they ask or talk to us for our orders.

What bad service, they only see you from the back and don't attend to you, they don't even tell you to wait. Thanks for nothing.

Maybe I took the wrong options but it wasn't a big deal, the watermelon only tasted like hot sauce, and the shakes were juices I thought with three bits of ice, I really didn't like it

It was more or less, it wasn't a big deal, the fruit was dry and had more spicy sauce than everything and sweet, and the smoothies or juices, I don't know what they were, were at the same time not at all refreshing for what you would expect from this place, cheer up?

Person didn’t understand English so my 2 orders were wrong and was charged 25.00 for 2 ice cream will not return again

Super yummy, many flavors and different options of ice cream. Such as popsicles, soft serve and more. Very clean and a fun place to have ice cream with family.
