Let’s start with Hot and Ready. There is never any Hot or Ready Pizza. So let’s head to the Pizza Portal. What’s the point of the Pizza Portal if the pizza isn’t ready between the time it says and you have to stand in line for greater than 20 minutes just to inquire about your order. The service delivery is really awful compared to their competitors.
