Disgusting, cockroaches were crawling around the restaurant. The manager went out to grab her phone and, without washing her hands, grabbed the ingredients without gloves and put them on the pizza... That's why I canceled my order...

Very bad experience, HORRIBLE. Many homeless people and workers don’t have good food service and almost got followed by a homeless person and assaulted my child. Took 35 minutes just to make six pieces of crazy bread, cheese bread. while many people ordered other pizzas when we were there before then and has employees playing around in the kitchen. (Insane taxes)

I ordered over the phone to my local pizza restaurant. I should have told my son when he went in to get the pizza that it's under the name of Bob. Instead he said Robert so the clerk gave my son Roberto's order. As we drove away I wondered why I had a pizza and some other items. I opened the box and there was pizza bites in there. I ordered breadsticks. And there was also hot wings. I looked in the box and the pizza was a pepperoni. I ordered a deluxe. We went back to the store and there was a fiasco with whether or not they believed I was the purchaser. My son came out to the car and asked for my driver's license so he could show it to the store employee so we can get my pizza. Once this was done I finally got my pizza. My son chose to keep the pizza bites and the hot wings because of the ordeal. It was My son's fault for giving the wrong name in the first place but the store should not have carried it so far as to ask for my driver's license to prove I was the one that bought the pizza. They should have just gave me my deluxe pizza and I gave them back the pepperoni and we would have been on our way. I was told online that the pizza would be ready at a certain time. We got there and it wasn't ready because my son had given the wrong name. Just a big mix-up. One wrong in so many rights does not make it wrong

For anyone wondering; I used to work at this location during 2017-2021. From there, I worked pretty hard to get this location from 2.5 stars to 4. Soon after, I left because little Caesars corporate decided not to give us raise during the transition between 2020, 2021; the only real incentive I had for staying another year despite helping leads and staff push forward by motivating them and keeping morale high (I was only a team member by the way).
Soon after that, the best manager I ever had the privilege to work for also left, which is where this location now stands.
I sure do hope your happy saving 5 cents on 2020. I know for a fact your sales decreased after our departure. Keep up the good work ?
P.S. To those who had the privilege of ordering during that era (especially during the morning and mid-day), it was truly a pleasure to serve you.

The pizzas have not had cheese for more than 2 months, it is the pure dough with tomato.
I ordered the supreme deep dish pizza and it came without any toppings. the pizza was also smashed on different parts. The second pizza is stuffed crust and if you look closely you can see how sloppy the pizza was cut. more than half the pizza was cut like small mini triangles and the pizza was undercooked. They offered me a refund, which hasn't shown up on my account yet. but I'm never ordering from little Ceasars again. This is the 3rd time that the fontana location has disappointed me with their quality of food. I should've went with Papa John's, but my kids insisted on little Ceasars because of the deep dish. big disappointment. it's awful to know these people are getting paid 20 bucks an hour and they can't get it right. nobody in the fast food service deserves to be paid over 10 bucks an hour. minimum skills, minimum ownership and pride in work ethic, minimum customer service skills. I guess I got what I paid for.
