Called in phone order was very clear on what I wanted and payed for was a pretzel pizza half pep half cheese got reg pizza with the cheese sauce just not the pretzel crust lol missing the main thing pretzel crust spoke to manager didn’t offer to do anything besides tell them employee

I just tried to order a promo that they have right in front of the register and was told they couldn't honor it because promo was over. By the way there's no date on the post. Asked for manager who wouldn't honor or discount the same order to that price. Gave me some BS about loss prevention. Why the heck would a store keep up a promo in front of their registers and won't honor it? I've had bad service at this store in the past but never said anything.

Just left there with a single pepperoni Deep Deep Dish. The pizza was not cooked all the way through and was half raw dough. Payed extra for extra pepperoni and it hadly had any on it at all. Gross. No even worth the energy to return it and complain.

The sign says 10:00pm they close so why at 9:30Doors are locked? If you advertise you are open till 10:00 then STAY OPEN TILL 10.

I don't know how anyone can ever write a bad review of this place. It's simple you either love the taste of little Caesars or you don't. Even if you didn't like the customer service you spend a whole 2 minutes in the store most times I go. Anyway. I do love the Pizza and always have a simple and easy experience. Their crazy bread and dipping sauce are so good. I love the little pretty order feature too where I put in a code and pick up the pizza. The process is always seemless. What is even crazier is the cost. Apparently they have found a way to escape inflation cause their pizzas are so inexpensive too. So glad they are close to my house. Yummy, fast and inexpensive.
