Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken

The shrimp was really good nice and crispy and taste fresh. However, the Fish taste nasty and was clearly old. I ordered two fish combos, and they only have tilapia no snapper like the Rialto location. One basket of fish was nice and white and looked fresh and the other basket which was mine was gray old fish taste like it was soaking in dirty water before it was battered and fried

The dirty rice also was old. I sent back the dirty rice and asked for potato salad instead and received poor service and was told to not change my mind again if I did, she would not replace it for free, which is understandable, but it was the way she said it. Like I came there hungry spent over $45 and you’re giving me a hard time to replace dirty rice, seriously?
Will I ever return?…Absolutely not !
…and if you want awesome Louisiana fried chicken, shrimp or fish, red beans, and rice or potato salad go to the Rialto location guys. They’re family owned and service is amazing and everything is made to order, so you will wait a few minutes for your food.

I went there for the second time today and i decided to try the gumbo.
why was it made with the breaded shrimp inside. I didn't like the way it looked when I opened it, wrinkled shrimp sitting on top. Not appealing at all, I couldn't eat them but I did taste the rest of the gumbo and it was tooo spicy, I love spicy but this wasn't good at all.

This Place Is Now My Favorite Spot, the cooks make sure your food is hot and fresh by they time u walk out and vary kind and generous and on top of things in that kitchen omg, The lady at the front desk is dope vary nice, kind and on top of things also I wish I could give this place more then just 5 stars for food, service and atmosphere whatever yall doing in there keep doing it because yall are doing a damn good job. The worst Louisiana on the planet. Fries are bland, no seasoning and soggy. As well as the fish, no seasoning and soggy. I spent $50.00 here last night and it was the worse mistake of my life. They cook like they’re trying to save money, and not make the food taste somewhat decent. I don’t see how they are still in business. Oh yea, the online prices are not the same as in store!!!! Go the one in Rialto, waaaaaaaaaay better. This review should let you know how upset I was with the food, I rarely ever leave reviews. So take heed to my warning!!!! And this is for the FONTANA LOCATION ON CHERRY!!!!!

Food is ok. The shrimp was good but the chicken wings had a lot of fat. The wait was long. I asked if they give a sample of the ice coffee and was told no. Why not?!? It costs over $4... I'm not paying full price or buying something when I don't know if I'll like it and end up throwing it away. Too bad they don't accommodate customers that way. The best thing was the Hawaiian dinner roll probably because they don't make it.

The fries are too salty I asked for light on salt! And the chicken barley has any chicken! And on top the prices here is expensive than before! Before the chicken breast were bigger and with a lot of meat and favor now its over cooked! Do not recommend

Everything is fire. It's a small hole in wall place I haven't seen for years, been here multiple times. Hidden in the corner of this shopping center is this place. Highly recommend. Tons of sauce flavors too

First time at this location and very disappointed I ordered 2 chicken nuggets meals which was overcooked and dried out as if it was rushed and wing combo which the chicken was bloody and under cooked to bad I didn’t realize this till I got home and attempted to feed my family and had too throw it all away 40.00 down the drain. I attempted to call them but of course closed and then the phone just rings other times that I call.

In regards to your reply OWNER this was definitely the correct location to be specific I took the 60 fwy exit country village and made a left down to cherry and then a right your location is on the left hand side. So before assuming something as a business owner you may have wanted to get more information and see how to resolve the issue instead of accusing the customer however that may be just how you do business. I will not take down my post as this as my experience!

I was in the area nearby and saw that they had fried chicken. There's a few seating inside with the wait time is not too long. I did wait for the chicken to be freshly made since they were busy.

Their fried chicken is not too greasy and the batter was not too thick. It was seasoned nicely and the chicken was moist. I also got sides of red beans and rice, mashed potatoes with gravy, and dirty rice.

The staff is nice and the place is clean.

Donahoo's in Riverside is still my favorite but this place is pretty good too, the chicken just isn't quite as perfectly crispy and seasoned as my girl Gaby at Donahoo's makes it but the place is clean and they have a few little tables so you can stay and eat.
Overall it worth a visit and it's satisfying but if you want the best fried chicken, go see Gaby at Donahoo's in riverside.
