I came in and ordered a burger and had bit into a rancid onion. The lady was super nice and offered to remake it again. I got the 2nd burger and had the same rancid onions on it. It’s slimy, and has discoloration. The staff was informed so nobody would get sick. Instead of throwing out the pan of onions, and pulling fresh pan or prepping fresh, they kept it and repeated using them.. the management should not be allowing this considering food safety.

My overall experience was a 2 star rating because of the service that the on site manger gave. This store offers handicap assistance to help individuals that need to walk and stand less I was there for a pick up order and after I mentioned the situation to the manager working drive-through I believe her name started with an L and worked 3/12/2025 around 3 am. She was very unprofessional, not good with others, needs better people skills, and management development. However another worker was there and did her best I didn’t catch a name but she herself was very patient, tried to calm the situation, and was not rude at all she did the right steps by addressing the situation. This manager had the to-go food sitting on the trash cans located in the front did not care to confirm order. She may have been busy and behind in her work but felt the need to argue and waste time for no reason but her own.

VERY BAD SERVICE, I was waiting for my order for 25 minutes, I placed my order online and I had to go down to ask for my order because it didn't arrive, they still gave me my order wrong, they gave me the burger with pickles and I didn't want it, I asked for potatoes without salt and they had salt and finally I asked for coke and they gave me dr pepper😡
My Mcflurry's from this location are never mixed. They handed me a Mcflurry with the wrong toppings.The fries were cold AND unsalted. The employee at the drive thru kept interrupting us as we were ordering AND making us repeat ourselves multiple times, making the process way longer than it had to be. Luckily I checked my order when driving away since they also forgot one of my burgers so I had to go in the drive thru again. For such a simple order.
