This is the only McDonald's that has the freshest food in my opinion however it says 24 hours that's not true that is not true I go there every morning along with co-workers at 3:00 and 4:00 in the morning before I head to my construction site and they are not open for the past 10 years they are not open they claim that their systems updating but every single day it's updating other than that it's good but they should definitely fix the sign that says 24 hours because they are not 24 hours

I ordered a cheeseburger and paid for four of their creamy chili cup dips and they gave me a cheeseburger with a bbq sauce. The sauces are free but not the chili cups. I’m just upset that I actually paid for four sauces and got a single bbq sauce🤦♂️

I went to McDonald's with my children on Wednesday. I was very unsatisfied. How the stuff is there? There was a manager sitting in the first table with her boyfriend, kissing and hanging all over each other. While other employees were sitting with her as the girl brought me my food in front of my kids, I told her my fries are cold. She looked at me and told me OK give them to me. I handed them back to her. She walked through the lobby showed the girl that was sitting with her boyfriend. They were saying something. Started laughing. She stuck her tongue out and went back. It didn't even look like they gave me fresh fries. It looks like they just dipped it back in the oil and gave them back to me. This McDonald has went down. I used to come here all the time. And the service from all these young girls in here Unprofessional, don't know what customer service is about. Looks like. Management doesn't even speak fluent english and the staff they have. They need more fluent people which you're gonna understand and they're gonna be more polite. This is ridiculous. You pay money and the service they give you and for the girl to be hanging on her boyfriend in the lobby is very bad, especially in front of young kids. And she had her uniform on which was a Gray shirt, which is a manager shirt. They should go through surveillance and see. It was around 730 on Wednesday, the 17th of July. I am gonna take this issue further. Because McDonald's needs to reconsider hiring more older people. Not young ones that don't like their job .

Esbi was amazing and very attentive I love the fact that she got all our orders correctly and then repeated our orders back to us to make sure that everything was correct. I can say she gave us a 10 out of 10 service here at McDonald’s.
There has not been one time that they have gotten my order correct in drive through. I’ve driven back a couple times but should not have to do it frequently. Remember to check your order every single time even if it means holding up the line.

As always, today also I cancelled my uber eats order. I waited there for the last 40 minutes but not a single employee came out from inside. He did not even tell me that your order is not ready yet. Whereas before this I had gone to the drive-thru to get the order. When I took the line at the drive thru. And after being there for 15 minutes she said we don't do online orders at the drive thru. You have to come to the window. The night staff here are very rude. I would never like to go to this location again.

This McDonald's is nice and clean. The employees there are friendly and are trying there best. The food was served hot. The atmosphere could have been better, not at fault to the employees however. Other customers effected that negatively.
