Not sure who to blame. It was definitely a skeleton crew. 4 to 5:00 in the back, but one person was trying to take orders for the drive-thru and take orders for walk-in. The drive-thru line was super long so I decided to park and go inside. That was absolutely a mistake. I walked in there was no one to take my order so I used the self-serve kiosk and ordered my food. After 15 minutes of waiting I noticed that not a single person out of the 20 people waiting for the walking orders had been called. But I did notice that three doordash orders had been pushed out. What I thought would be a 10 minutes wait ended up taking well over 35 minutes. Next time I'll just stay in the Drive-Thru line because they absolutely kick those out a lot faster than people inside the dining room. Like I mentioned earlier, not sure who was to blame for being shorthanded. Was it workers who called out last minute, or management who does the skeleton crew on purpose because they know people will still eat there no matter what.

Everything has changed, they wont take your oder anymore they want the kios . Fries were under cooked, filet-o-fish was over cooked , bread was hard. Atmospherewas off, employees looked lost and confused.

They do not work at the front counter, they want you to order from a stand up menu board and ignore you at the counter.

Service is horribly slow because they rather talk and say funny each other while I gotta wait with my window down in the rain cuz idk when whoever is in the speaker is gonna actually start taking my order
You’ll have to wait in a 30 minute car line just to get to the order speaker and them to say they don’t have shakes/sundaes etc. Happens often.

I ordered a Big Mac today and was really disappointed with what I received. First off, no napkins were provided in my bag – which is already frustrating when you’re eating on the go. On top of that, the burger was an absolute mess. The cheese was only halfway on the patty, the pickles and lettuce were just tossed into the container like an afterthought, and I basically had to assemble the sandwich myself.
When you order a Big Mac, you expect it to be made with some care, not something that looks like it was thrown together in two seconds. Presentation and preparation matter, especially from a place that’s known for this signature burger. Really poor quality and not at all what I expected.
