Don't even bother trying to come and get food at any time passed 10pm. Lines for drive thru are crazy. You're sitting there waiting for an hour only to be told to wait more in a parking spot. They have like 1-2 people working. Terrible. Not even dashers can get orders because of the long lines. No hate to the employees because it's not their fault. They just need to schedule more people or I don't know actually hire people

I places my order on the app at 345am, I went to the drive thur and they said there system was restarting to come back at 410am. I did and I went to drive thru again and said they no longer do due reg menu order, only morning orders. The 1st employee should of told me that, instead I waited 30 min for them to tell me that. I went to jack n the box and they help me with regular food right away. No wait time or change of menu...

I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I placed an order using the kiosk, but it failed to print a receipt. Despite this, my credit card (via Apple Pay) was charged. When I brought up the issue, the staff told me the order wasn’t placed and suggested I reorder, which seemed questionable since I was already charged.
I waited for about 30 minutes after being told the order might process later, but it never did. The staff didn’t offer any compensation or solutions. Adding to my frustration, she told me that I may have ordered at another location , which wasn’t possible since I used the kiosk right there.
To clarify, I’ve always loved McDonald’s food, but this location’s handling of the issue was disappointing. My advice to fellow customers: if this happens to you, don’t reorder. Instead, consider going to another McDonald’s or a different restaurant nearby.
I hope this branch improves its kiosk system and invests in better customer service training. A simple gesture, like offering a complimentary coffee, could have gone a long way in making the experience less frustrating.

Everytime I come here I do curbside or drive through I get that they get packed but I have always been there before rush hours and leople go into drive through and leave immediately while I wait for 30 minutes I have to go inside and tell them PLEASE FIX THIS !!

I ordered my breakfast 15 minutes before arriving, hoping it would be ready upon my arrival. Once I arrived, I had to input the parking spot I was in, so they could bring my food out to me. Why, after ordering my food 15 minutes before I got there, did I have to wait an additional 10 minutes for my food? I had to get out of my car to go inside for my food. I still had to wait a few more minutes. I thought ordering ahead of time was supposed to be faster? I was late for work because of this.
