Don't ever go here. Too many problems with personnel, managers answering the phone are the worst. People at the window don't pay attention to orders and consistently get them wrong. They don't care, and when you call to complain, the person answering the phone hangs up on you, then blocks the call when you call back. Go instead to McDonald's in Victoria Gardens. They are more professional and care about their customers.

Messed up my order Finally got it straight, and I paid for it. I had to wait at the 2nd pickup window. They gave me 1 less drink than I paid for and wrong sizes and argued they'd given me all of them. I sat and waited 5 minutes and finally walked back to the window to see what was going on. They served 11 other cars before I got my order. THE WORST experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. I'll NEVER go back.

Ordered #2 Meal. Did survey on previous receipt..which says buy one get one free sandwich. I ordered a meal.. Manager "Anna" said NO.. you must order sandwich only.!!! Not a meal.! to get Free one.??? What?? This has never happened at any McDonalds anywhere. I paid more for a meal with upsize coffee. She is completely Wrong.

I was parked and waited 10 minutes. The worker came out and asked if I ordered sweet tea and walked back in after I said no. I had enough and requested a refund. The same thing happened to me a month ago without the refund. Seems like a management restructuring is needed for this location. Just saying since that's where it starts!

Being that this McDonald's is inside of a gas station, it's okay for what it is. Food is not the best. But if you're in a rush, then it's more than acceptable for takeout. The location inside, however, is horrible. Walk-in customers are never prioritized overdrive through customers. And even then, this location is constantly putting drive-thru customers in the waiting parking spots nearby. This area in Fontana needs an actual McDonald's made nearby.

By far my worst experience at any McDonald’s. Like what’s really going on over there?? I ordered a regular McFlurry and they gave me a snack size one. I got that fixed while I was there but had to wait 5 more min?? The when I came home and started to eat and then I took a drink and realized they gave me unsweetened tea, when I repeated myself 3x I wanted sweet tea.

I never come back there!! My daughter asked for an ice cream cone, and it took 8 minutes just for a small cone!! Then, when we ordered out food, we asked for a 10 piece put instead of 10. we got 2 four pieces!! It was very unclean too!! And only gave us 2 large cups and then the rest were small, which we didn't ask for!! One star!!

Like many of you, I've been to my share of McDonalds locations. Had my weirdest encounter at this one. Used drive-thru, it has one of those split 2-lane setups. Went through the right side, placed my order like normal. Once I got to the window to pay, my order didn't exist. The guy at the window was confused enough to have to get up and leave the window to find out wtf just happened. He was dressed like a manager, if that makes sense. When he finally came back, he had to take the order again. Paid, moved forward to the next window. I was given my drinks then told to wait at a third(?) window at the end of the building, still technically in the drive thru though it widened out so that cars could get past. This window was another sliding type like the others, though it opened into the main lobby. After a bit, an employee came and brought my order, which had an extra small fry in it as an apology! 8/10, would let them screw up for free food again.
