Why if the business hrs say open till midnite they turned my daughter away at 11:01. She had made a mobile order well before 11pm but was in line a long time. When she finally got up the the window it was 11 and they turned her down, her order was already in and she used bday points i hope she gets that back. Update your hours mcdonalds. And train your ppl for better customer service.

don’t stop here unless you have ample time; there’s a solid 75% chance the employees give your food to the wrong person, or just straight up forget about your order because they closed it out too early.

It’s literally always something at this location! I ordered online to pickup in the drive thru there was a sign that said due to maintenance it would be closed at 8:30pm but there was also a sign that said mobile and delivery orders can be picked up through the drive thru after 10 so I waited and nothing! I saw the manager so I went to ask him about it and all he said was we’re closed so I asked him about the mobile orders and what the sign said and he gives me attitude and says well didn’t you see the sign that says we closed at 8:30 mind you I already had my order placed and only waited because the there was a sign stating drive thru would be opened after 10 for mobile orders

My kids Enjoy going inside of this McDonald's alot to play so we do go in occasionally. I absolutely HATE the self service kiosk. When I dont want to use it and have a HUMAN help me the employees seem to be annoyed about it. I hate that society thinks its better to order through a robot and not just through a person. Some times the kiosk is easy but most of the time its suuuper annoying. When I go to the drive through and ask for fresh food theyre always good about it and thats the plus with this place.

The workers here are so rude, specifically the girl at the window, Angela. Short, hispanic and thin. She has a horrible attitude and did not finish our complete order so we had to go back inside. Horrible customer service, will not be back!
