My kids Enjoy going inside of this McDonald's alot to play so we do go in occasionally. I absolutely HATE the self service kiosk. When I dont want to use it and have a HUMAN help me the employees seem to be annoyed about it. I hate that society thinks its better to order through a robot and not just through a person. Some times the kiosk is easy but most of the time its suuuper annoying. When I go to the drive through and ask for fresh food theyre always good about it and thats the plus with this place.

The workers here are so rude, specifically the girl at the window, Angela. Short, hispanic and thin. She has a horrible attitude and did not finish our complete order so we had to go back inside. Horrible customer service, will not be back!

This place is disgusting, dirty everywhere. The restrooms are the worse; stinky, dirty all over, no toilet paper. The eating area and tables dirty as well. It seems with no leadership, or no good leadership. Not recommended at all.

Showed up because it said open on google and say in the drive thru waiting for someone to take my order and no one said anything. I sat there for awhile thinking they were just cleaning or something since it is late. Finally having enough I drive thru to leave and see the employees sitting inside with the headset on just not saying anything. Even just being told they were closed would have been nice.

This McDonaldâs is stingy with sauce. I ordered two burgers, fries, and nuggets and they gave me only ONE sauce. So I asked for 2 more but damn that isnât even enough itâs not like it comes out there paycheck. Then had the nerve to say Iâd have to pay for more. Every other McDonaldâs I go to gives extra without a problem. If youâre gonna charge people for basic stuff like sauce with a full meal, at least be upfront about it. Cheap behavior for a fast food place that isnât even cheap anymore . McDonaldâs 111 W base line in Rialto is the best

The wait is always insane and tonight I pulled into drive thru at 10:55 pm closing on site said 12 I wait for them to take order before me right when I pull up at 10:59 girl says âweâre closed now sorryâ after they consistently mess up my order and forget things for years the worst McDonaldâs ever!
Chaotic, very busy, and long lines at times, worse time to visit is right after schools are out, the kids use it as a waiting station and it can get crazy.

Ridiculous. One person taking orders and he was running back and forth outside delivering orders as well. Long line 1/2 of a cashier. Everyone in line was shocked to there was no 2nd cashier. Took 25 minutes to get my order taken. Someone in line yelled very loud to staff to take our orders. Then a đ§ day appeared and started helping with orders while Mr. 1/2 of a cashier was running around outside. I will never go this place again.

Idk what the problem is but every time I come order curbside it takes forever to get my meals. Been here about 10 minutes and no food or service next time it's Nogales Burgers.... Management do better your not even busy
