This has got to be the slowest Mcdonald's in the known universe. How is it these people are now making $20.00 an hour and yet, they have a literal parking lot full of people in their cars waiting for burgers and fries??? Does it actually require a genius level intellect to figure out that at lunch time it gets busy?During this visit I counted no less than 9 cars waiting for their orders.10 minutes...15 minutes...20 minutes...Really? We're talking about Mcdonald's here, not the Ritz or the Savoy.Why is this the case? Poor management? Too few employees? Poorly trained employees (or management?)I don't know. But whatever the reason(s),they need to be addressed and fixed and soon.$20.00 an hour is to much money to pay for flipping burgers and handing food through a window - if the driver is lucky. McDonald's is not meant to be a career path it's supposed to be a stepping stone to better things.

This McDonald's has to be the slowest working Macdonalds I've ever been to in my life and im 51 !! They won't take an order untill the car at window has driven away , it takes about 20 min to get through a line of only 3 cars! Then they forget straws , ketchup, napkins,and to put sugar in the coffee. I think there is only 1 person working in there ,thats ridiculous because that's a really busy stop right off the freeway and should be staffed. Usually I can't stop cause I already know it will be the reason I'm late. Everytime I come through here in the AM @530-600 that morning crew is so rude! McDonald's you need to do better .

Horrible service, orders are always incorrect, and extremely slow.It’s McDonalds so the food is disgusting but you would at least expect it to be served quickly.
Very disappointed lately at most McDonald's. Most food prices have doubled and some tripled. No friendly counter help.

First of all this McDonald's was so dirty inside I understand is connected to a gas station on top of that they had people waiting over 30 minutes for small orders like just a cheeseburger and fries while they're drive-thru line was also backing up. I know it's inconvenient place getting right off the freeway but just be prepared to wait a while for your food
