Usually it's clean and the food and service are good but this time the restaurant was a mess tables, floor and restrooms were dirty. Ordered nachos they were poorly made and missing ingredients. The guy who took our order wasn't helpful as other employees.

I ordered the Loaded Potato Bowl and a bean and cheese burrito The loaded potato bowl had a thick leathery layer of cheese, runny sour cream , With what tasted like boiled potato squares, tough beef chunks not asada meat. Bean and cheese burrito was not wrapped tight enough, it felt like muchy tortilla pillow that basically exploded like a baby diaper. I had to throw the food away. Never going back to this place.
