Nothing like getting the bare minimum from a server who won't even ask if we need anything or check in. First and last time I'll be coming here. Btw chicken and waffles is nothing more than chicken strips and boxed waffle mix.

First time here. Almost no wait time for a late Saturday morning. Service was great. The food, not so much. I was in the mood for chicken and waffles, but I what I got was not satisfying. They gave me two small thin pieces of chicken with the waffles. Out of any place I've been that has served chicken and waffles, this place takes #1 in giving you the least amount of chicken. Sad thing is that the chicken was actually good, but they are stingy on the amount they give you. The waffles tasted fine, but needed more syrup. I also got a mocha latte which honestly just tasted more like a hot cup of milk. Couldn't taste the chocolate or the espresso. If I ever come back, I would get something else.

I brought my motorcycle group in for a fine breakfast since the weather has not been great for riding. We had an awesome server! She took care of everything. Our meals were fantastic. She made our meeting a great success. Thank you Mimi's!

My wife and I have been to this Mimi‘s several times and every time I’ve come, the food is always good. I had the rotisserie chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. It was excellent. My wife had the bacon, walnut, bleu cheese salad 🥗 She enjoyed her salad, happy wife happy life.😋 We also had the raisin carrot cake Madelines , delicious!

We’ve had Mimi’s a handful of times and every time it’s been great. Today, we walked in at 12pm and the host Janet mentions there was a last minute huge party and the wait will be longer than usual. She said it’d be 20 minutes.
That’s fine, we put our name on the waitlist and we walked over to the Dollar Tree. We came back to the restaurant at exactly 12:14 and we asked where on the waitlist we were at.
She said she took us off the waitlist because she called us and we weren’t there. That was annoying, because why would you quote 20 minutes if it’s not 20 minutes. Or why wouldn’t you say “around 20 minutes” “10-15 minutes” something? She said exactly 20 minutes.
We put our names back on the waitlist and she said it’d be 5 minutes. She calls 3 more tables, and we’re sitting for more than 15 minutes.
She says one more couples name and she’s calling out so quietly that the couple in front of us can’t even hear their name being called, she almost gave up their seat.
We then go to the podium again after a couple had just walked in and were going to be sat. We said “hey, we’ve been waiting now for FORTY minutes.” And the server who is going to take the other couple is there waiting and says, “it’s okay, I’ll take you guys now” and Janet tries to quietly say “I called them and they didn’t show up” like miss girl? We came to the podium twice.
She would constantly leave her spot and as people were coming in they’d wait around for the host to come. Idk where she was disappearing to. It was truly aggravating, she was trying to justify a forty minute wait at Mimi’s? When people were coming in and getting sat almost immediately. She kept telling people as they walked in it’d be “20 minutes” and they’d get called within 5 minutes.
Thankfully, the server we had was very kind. Took our order, drinks, and it was fine. There was a hair in my ranch and he apologized and quickly brought out another. It was just okay. 6/10. Janet sincerely needs more training.

Had a great time and a pleasant meal. The service started off well, but then the server forgot about us for a while. Had to wait quite a while for a to go box and check. Friendly experience though.
