The owners of this location should really reassess if their decision to just have one employee during the morning is worth it. I waited 40-45 mins for a smoothie and a bowl. The frustrating part is that I couldn’t even be upset at the worker. She’s was alone. And doing the best she could. On top of that she had to deal with people being upset of the long wait times. That worker deserves a raise or at least to work at a company that values them as a person. Having one person run the whole store is cruel and unfair to your customers

They made good juices and smoothies. I love that I can add extra fruit and veggies. Go hard or go home. Customer service is good they are always nice. Getting your order can take a while though they are usually busy.

I order here frequently. I am pleased with the quality of my orders, the efficiency of the staff, as well as how attentive they are to the customers. Not over the top, but they don't ignore you. The store appears clean, organized, and well kept. There's another of these stores in our city. This one is so much better!

Came in for a large smoothie and I added a tip as well. They made it in less than 2 minutes, great speed. Went out to my car and spilled it all over the ground. All my own fault. Came back in to order a small one to replace it, and they happily offered to make another one of the same size out of courtesy. I really appreciate the courtesy and their fast service.

Second time I came in and vivi is the cashier, 1st time she had an attitude and seems like she doesn’t want to work there. 2nd time still the same thing for someone working in customer service as a a cashier they shouldn’t have an attitude or a demeanor of not wanting to interact with a customer who just want get there order in. Unless you want your day ruined by someone who has a cloud over her head then come here. Other then that place is alright it’s the only nektar closest to me.

There was a gentleman inside already behind on the orders. He was working alone . I emphasize with him. However, the owners of this establishment should know that there should be two people working here. The patrons come to grab their requests within a reasonable amount of time. This was an unsatisfactory visit and the LONGEST THAT I HAVE HAD TO WAIT TO GET MY ORDER. I literally only ordered one thing. I will not be coming back here. Also, he messed up on someone’s order and remade their order so this took more time. I was here for almost 25 minutes. Come one! Happy Sunday! ✨ This is clearly a reflection of on the company not the employee. Management, leadership, what’s going on?
