Can't say anything about the food because I didnt have any. Customer service on the other hand, needs work. Walked in and was not greeted, just looked at. The girl proceeds to make what I assume are online/pickup orders to put in the deep freezer. I stood there for about 3 minutes then walked out. She could have at least said that she'd be with me soon. Dissapointed first impression.

Very fast and they had run out of PB drizzle, but still gave me PB in my bowl. I really appreciated them giving a solution, rather than leaving it out. The Bowl was delicious!

Parking: It's always somewhere to park and for big vehicles, it is very convenient.
I came in this week for the 2nd time and was beyond disappointed this time. They gave me one small sour strawberry. This bowl looks nothing like the pictures. Not to mention, the girl helping looked like she just woke up and had her shorts smaller that her underwear. Very unprofessional. Not happy with my visit.

Experience was good. Ordered ahead of time so it would be ready when I arrived. Wasn’t ready - the young lady behind the counter didn’t realize the order had popped up. No worries - things happen - she was friendly and made the order quickly. She was apologetic about the wait - I honestly wasn’t waiting long. Will return to this location. The product was all very good. Always is :)
