I am a new Nekter addict so I was happy to find this location next to Costco where I shop a lot. On our visit with six of us there was only one associate and she worked her buns off. The Acia bowls were excellent as usual and the shakes for the kids were amazing (at least that's what the kids said). The best thing I liked about this location was that it smelled very clean. The bathroom was immaculate. Obviously this associate "Fatima" keeps busy during not so busy hours. Lastly if you eating in they have kids games ( Jenga, Uno and over sized Playing cards) at this location to keep them busy while the adults eat. We will be back!

I came in this week for the 2nd time and was beyond disappointed this time. They gave me one small sour strawberry. This bowl looks nothing like the pictures. Not to mention, the girl helping looked like she just woke up and had her shorts smaller that her underwear. Very unprofessional. Not happy with my visit.

Experience was good. Ordered ahead of time so it would be ready when I arrived. Wasn’t ready - the young lady behind the counter didn’t realize the order had popped up. No worries - things happen - she was friendly and made the order quickly. She was apologetic about the wait - I honestly wasn’t waiting long. Will return to this location. The product was all very good. Always is :)

Walked in while a delivery was being made. It took awhile to get service. There was two associates working a male and female. I ordered a chocolate bowl with chia pudding on the side with no agave or granola. The lady asked me after she already made the bowl if I had asked for granola. Which I told her no, no granola. You would assume she would make a new one nope she just scooped it out of the bowl and gave it to me. Without even wiping the edges or sides. The bowl was a hot mess and for spending $20+ on this transaction best believe I was disappointed.

I had a terrible experience today at this location! I walked in and didn't even get a hello , hi or anything ! Walked in at around 1PM 7/19 and the girl working looked extremely overwhelmed she actually looked irritated that we walked in. After about 4-5 minutes of me standing there she finally said "do you want to order" rude as ever! I said yes, please and then she proceeded to finish whatever she was doing didn't even say "it will be a few minutes" nothing ! After 4/5 minutes go by she stands in front of the register and stares. Doesn't even say a word! Then she completely got my order wrong and to top it off charged me for protein didn't add it , and the strawberries used were rancid. I get the feeling they're busy and understaffed but this is NOT the consumers fault. A simple " I'm sorry I'll be right with you" would have done the trick. This location sucks, they added agave even though I said NO agave ( 'my wife is allergic) I ended up giving her bowlAway. Total waste of $21!!! I will NOT be coming back to this location !

I'm on the fence. Was craving a healthy snack. I ordered the chia pudding from the breakfast menu. It was really yummy. I thought it was going to be on the smaller size given it is a breakfast item and the very reasonable price. But, it was pretty big and I had some left over. My doubts about this location was that the staff were not very welcoming. I wasn't greeted--despite being the only person there. When I walked up to order, I was at the "wrong end" of the counter. The young lady ask, "you gonna order?" When I said yes, she told me, "then go over there," as she pointed to the opposite end of the counter. Never a smile. Our entire exchange was stone cold. I guess it was the end of her shift because after she left my order on the counter, she disappeared. Again, no customer service, "order's ready" or anything. She just made eye contact with me as she pushed my pudding across the counter. The facility smelled as bleach which I'm not sure is a bad thing, but did not make for a pleasant sit down. Although things were bleached, the floor was a mess. Maybe they had a rush of customers before I arrived and hadn't swept yet. Not sure. If you order quick and take it to go, that's probably your best bet. Just be sure to order from the right end of the counter when you go!

I really didn't have any interaction with anyone. I ordered online, they had my order ready when i picked it up. My acai protein bowl was really good.

The bowls are great when they make them the correct way which is almost never. Even when you come inside the store, they still mess it up. I've spoken to the manager already and nothing has changed. These kids need a pep talk or something. They look at you like you are messing up their day when they screw up the order. Do NOT order through a delivery app either. You will end up having to drive their anyway. May as well drive up there and order it. It's sad, because the food is great.
