Sat 8:54am. Picking up a delivery order, all I get is a solo bowl over the counter "here's your order" no bag, no utensil, no napkins..nothing! Delivery orders are supposed to be packed by staff, not delivery driver,.. my hands are not clean..I don't have gloves to touch food, I had to prepare the bag myself and request security seal..because thats how delivery orders are supposed to be prepared for customers safety. I don't blame it on the girl, she was busy and by herself, and probably not trained for delivery orders?? ??♀️ management needs to do better

They need to hire more workers, I waited for seven minutes by the cash register to get my order taken. There was only one other customer in the establishment and one employee working on his order. I just walked out and went to juice it up down the street.

Horrible and that’s all on management they had one girl working all by herself on a Saturday and it was so busy and you could obviously see the girl is completely over her head I placed an online order and even came 10 minutes after the estimated time and still waited another 20 minutes. This review has nothing to do with the employee she was doing the best she could but come on management that is ridiculous.

I've been going to the Sierra Lake location since the opening of the store. My most recent purchase was terrible! I purchased a green apple detox that was so bitter that I couldn't drink it. It made my stomach ache after the first sip. So I wasted 350 points. It wasn't worth the gas to drive back. Always take a sip before leaving!
