Placed an order online. Accidentally went to the wrong location. I arrived at this, the correct location, 7 minutes before closing. As I opened the door the young worker told me they were closed. When I said I was there to pick up an online order, she retrieved my acai bowls from the cooler, grabbed an extra cup, threw a half banana with peel, 4 small strawberries with green tops intact, and some blueberries in the cup and sent me on my way. I was pulling out of the parking lot 2 minutes before the store closed. Now I know why they have a help wanted sign on the door. I will not be returning to this business.

The service is awful. I would give a negative STAR if possible.

I came to this location today at exactly 5:50 PM to order a cold pressed juice, but was told that they stopped serving juice at 5:40 PM and that I would need to order something else instead. I honestly don’t understand why a place that calls itself a “Juice Bar” would stop serving juice more than an hour before closing. As a loyal customer, this felt extremely disappointing and frustrating.

I eat Nektar frequently. This location is not it. I've come here several times, and each time I've come here, I've been so disappointed. I finally have to write a review so no one else ends up unnecessarily irritated. I even hesitated to go here today. I should have listened to my gut.

Today, I ordered in store. I am sitting, waiting for my order. I observe a few sanitary-type things that concern me, but I order food via delivery and at restaurants so I figure worse has probably happened to my food without my knowledge.

They're out of the chia pudding ingredient for my order. He tells me this as he hands me my order. How about asking the customer if they're okay with a missing ingredient? This isn't DoorDash. I'm right here. Smh. Go to the other North Fontana location. They have their act together.

So far, the service I received here has to be the BEST I’ve ever received. I got the supercharged blueberry almond butter smoothie and it was so good. I could tell it was really made with love. The guy who made this smoothie was so sweet and made the smoothie in a timely manner. I walked in at 3:40 and walked out around 3 minutes later. I wish I got his name, but it’s a guy with a silver piercing and short hair. He deserves a raise, he’s the embodiment of great customer service.

Just move to the area and thought this would be the same as the one in Rancho... Boy was I wrong and i've given them multiple chances to prove me wrong. Every single order I have made has had a problem. This last order he literally gave me one apple slice. Then told me to go next door and ask for a spoon, because they were out. I will not return. They don't know what they're doing. They split the bowls in half to save money, but still charge you full price.

Prior experience includes them forgetting to put the protein powder in or forgetting the toppings. Staff is sitting on the counters talking and not paying attention to what they are doing.

I just DoorDashed from this location and I was completely dissatisfied with my order. Unfortunately, before I started writing this review, I read the reviews that are currently on this location and a delivery driver said that the packaging was not even done by the employees which makes sense because when I receive my bowl the bowl was not completely sealed within the bag. The bowl was beginning to run over and was sticky and messy. Also, the contents of my bowl were wrong, so I don’t know if I received the wrong order or if the people making my order just weren’t paying attention. Not only is it wrong, but it looks completely unappetizing and I felt like I paid all this money for no reason because I genuinely wanted the protein bowl. I didn’t want my money back, but I’m putting here for feedback because I do hope this improves In the future, not to mention the sanitation ways of How my bowl was possibly handled, especially with it being unsealed in the bag.

Sat 8:54am. Picking up a delivery order, all I get is a solo bowl over the counter "here's your order" no bag, no utensil, no napkins..nothing! Delivery orders are supposed to be packed by staff, not delivery driver,.. my hands are not clean..I don't have gloves to touch food, I had to prepare the bag myself and request security seal..because thats how delivery orders are supposed to be prepared for customers safety. I don't blame it on the girl, she was busy and by herself, and probably not trained for delivery orders?? ??‍♀️ management needs to do better

They need to hire more workers, I waited for seven minutes by the cash register to get my order taken. There was only one other customer in the establishment and one employee working on his order. I just walked out and went to juice it up down the street.
