I am really bummed about my most recent experience because I really liked this place but I won't ever be going back. Recently I ordered the pad-see-ew and normally I don't tip on pick up orders, but this time I decided to tip $1. I didn't do it to be mean or anything I honestly just don't tip for pick up and thought $1 wouldn't hurt me.
I looked at my bank account the next day and they added a $5 dollar tip to the charge. Instead of $16 they charged me $21. If you order from here just always ask for your receipt or check your account the next day. Sucks because the food is really good here but out of principle I won't be going back.

Customer service was terrible the lady who works there served our food she was banging the plate on the table. She didn't even wanted to say hi, hello. After she served the food we wanted to order drink she didn't even wanted to come back and check if we needed anything overall, the food was good. But just because of poor customer service we never want to go back i do not recommend this place to anyone i will tell all my family and friend to not go to this restaurant 👎👎👎👎👎

We come to this establishment from time to time. It is a close walk from the house. The rice had amazing flavor. Would like a bigger portion of just that. The steak was mid. I would’ve given 3.5 but one piece of steak was really tough and chewy. I think I would do a different protein next time. I believe it normally comes with seafood, but I don’t eat seafood.

The tom yum soup was so sour, the papaya salad was all fish sauce. This place ruined two of my favorite simple Thai dishes yuck no going back there again.

Menu card says 10.95 for soup and they charge 12.99. And the lady was rude with a don’t care attitude. Always ordered from Nokki, not going to order anymore from here. Disappointing
Garlic pork spareribs are a joke!! Totally all bone. What a waste of money. Very disappointed.

Looking at other bad comments they are racist. This comes as a shock some many of the people on our community are very kind and loving. It seems the nicer we were the more ride she got. She asked us to give up our seat to a white couple which I’m not sure is even legal anymore. I hope they didn’t do something raunchy to our food. This place blatant practices anti black racism.

I ordered a pad see ew with tofu. I ordered 4/5 spice level and enjoyed it as I usually like spicy. The tofu was really good, and their noodles were flavorful. Recently I’ve been disappointed by other restaurants’ pad see ew for their sweetness, flavor, and noodle integrity, but this place met those expectations well. The ladies serving also were very nice and helpful. When my boyfriend ordered his dish too spicy than he could tolerate, they offered to redo it for him but we said it was ok as we did not want to inconvenience them but were grateful that they offered. I gave a 4/5 for atmosphere just because it was a bit too dark when it was bright outside, but otherwise I give this place a 5/5.
