This place was a complete disappointment. Not from the area and I needed a quick pick up order for my mom and I. Long story short I was only given 1/3 of my order and the very unprofessional lady began arguing telling me it was my fault when I was clearly not given a complete order. She then refused to refund me my money for another 10 mins, resulting in me just having to take it up with my bank. Don’t support this business, you’ve been warned.

Been here twice both times I had my work computer and took a call or two. I am aware not to be on the phone while ordering and put in an order quickly but both times this specific wait staff - an older asian woman, decided she needed to check my computer screen, speak loudly when asking if everything was okay, while I was on the phone and eager to rush me through my meal. It was not busy and I didn't even stay past 45 mins. Lastly the smell from the bathroom is filtered through the seating area - that was a real crowd pleaser. I would not return to be treated like a child. I am always sure not to connect to public wifi so not sure what her issue is but that is for her to deal with and for me never to experience again.

For the omokase combo, it says it comes with an “omokase roll”, which the one you get with the combo is not what is as listed in the special rolls.
The “omokase roll “ you get with the combo is just a philly roll, which would have been good to know since i dont like cream cheese in my rolls. I didn’t think i would have to clarify the menu when one item is actually another?
Overall not amazing but gets the job done

The service at this sushi place was excellent cause the wait staff were attentive and friendly. However, the food was a bit on the pricier side for the quality, and the appetizers ended up costing as much as a full meal each.
The sushi rolls we had were great, and they were pretty decently sized, but they could've rolled a bit tighter or used better quality sushi rice to make it stick better so it doesn't fall apart easily when grabbing by the chopsticks.
I think the Sashimi we ordered were also a bit lacking, since the one we got was all cut with the grain, not against it. Slicing across the grain to make the connective tissues shorter would've drastically improved the texture.
I also tried the ramen, but I was a little disappointed cause it tasted a lot like instant ramen, or maybe they used packet seasoning or pre-packaged ramen noodles.
Strongly advise against the fried oysters as the ones my sister ordered made her sick the next day (which, in all honesty, was kinda expected).
Overall, while the atmosphere and service were great, the food quality just didn’t quite match the price.
Vegetarian options: Barely any vegetarian options besides edamame or seaweed salad
Parking: Parking near the restaurant is limited during busier hours, but there are open parking spaces if you're willing to walk briefly
Kid-friendliness: No exclusive kid-friendly meal options, but they do have fried tempura, which my nephew seemed to enjoy, and they do provide high chairs for toddlers.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no exclusive wheelchair ramps, but accessibility is similar to a standard sidewalk ramp

Went here for an impromptu dinner for 5- 4 adults and 1 toddler on Saturday after Thanksgiving and had to wait about 20 minutes for a table. Then upon ordering the smallest sushi boat, we had to wait another 20 minutes to receive it. Still, food was good and fresh (although they didn't tell me they ran out of uni in the morning when I ordered). Service was friendly but not overbearing, and the atmosphere was casual.

Paid $17 and some change for this, not including the tip. Don’t get me wrong, the sushi was good, just not worth the price at all

This place has replaced Sushi Martini as our family's preferred sushi spot. Creative rolls and specials, extensive bento combo offerings that won't break the bank, this place should be your bet for sushi and amazing Japanese food too.

I never give a bad review unless I NEED to. Called yesterday morning to see if they had uni, not everyone carries uni and I love them, so needless to say when I get sushi I have to have them. They checked and said yes they had it. So for dinner, I call in an order. 4 nigiris and 3 rolls this cost us $117.75.
When I ate the uni, it was not fresh. It was so bad that I literally had to spit it out. I'm not one to waste especially if it costs a lot and uni isn't cheap. So I called the restaurant to let them know. They denied it and said they're supply was fresh. Regardless, they didn't offer to remedy the situation. So unfortunate, how do you stay in business when you don't care about your customers. Sad.

The food is good just be carefully when the check is coming, because they have an extra 20% service fee included in your bill.

I can't believe I haven't rated them already. Excellent quality, especially for a strip mall location.
My wife and kids get the tiger roll, the dragon roll, and the spicy tuna roll. I like sushi, but not enough for a whole meal. So I usually get a two item bento box.
Didn't forget to check the chef specials on the wall! When we remember, there's always something good.

I've been here a couple of times now, I stopped by to take a break from traffic on my way home from LA sometimes. Usually, I order something Togo and a drink while I wait. However, today, I discovered I was charged a "service fee" for ordering Togo. I was charged for not dining in. And since my food came out before I was done with my beer, I thought I'd have a bite of the single roll I ordered. The server lady told me I had to go sit down at a table in the dining room since apparently I'm not allowed to eat at the bar with my drink... I was charged extra for my meal to be prepped "togo", and then told I had to "dine-in" if I wanted to eat the food I paid for while drinking the beer i still had to finish... there is no sign posted that they charge extra for togo orders, nor do they inform you before you pay for your order. God, I hope the new law about open charging also affects restaurants that like to charge you hidden extra fees at the end of your visit.

It’s a really nice restaurant but whenever I go and get ramen I always ask for it not the be spicy because I have a very low spice tolerance yet somehow it always ends up being spicy. This has happened several times. At this point I just order my ramen from a different restaurant. If you have a low spice tolerance don’t order ramen from here.

Great food, very tasty and fresh. Great place to eat for a decent price for food that fills and is amazing quality. Place was packed and consequently the service to take our order was a little slow but great service nonetheless.
