I feel like ever time I come here its packed, which is great for the business but the wait is numbing. I noticed the other day that there was only 1 chef so I can't get too upset but it's just frustrating. Theu need to hire more people to work there because the wait is always obscene. Other than that, the food is great and the premise is clean.

Place your order online, show up 30 minutes later. It'll be coming out about that time.

Ono follows Hawaiian time, don't expect your food to be rushed to completion. It'll be done when it's done.

Loved this place, atmosphere is very nice, tables are clean, right after I left they immediately cleaned the table for next people to sit down, the food is delicious the portion sizes are great with mini being a full meal and normal having extra to take home.
