This place is pretty slow, but the food is ok. When I went the orders were made with no regard to when the person ordered. Just made and handed out randomly. So we had to wait for about 40 minutes. That's a long time for fast food while watching others who came after you leave with larger orders. Musubi were very non-uniformed.

Fully decked out for Christmas, this restaurant was a lot of fun to visit.
When I told the cashier that it was my first time to eat at Ono Hawaii, she took a moment to give me the rundown of the menu.
The food came out at a good pace. It was and fresh. The portions was very generous.
Everything was very clean. The tables, condiment bar, and the soda fountain were fully stocked and shiny.
Even the restroom was clean.
Definitely recommend...

I feel like ever time I come here its packed, which is great for the business but the wait is numbing. I noticed the other day that there was only 1 chef so I can't get too upset but it's just frustrating. Theu need to hire more people to work there because the wait is always obscene. Other than that, the food is great and the premise is clean.
