It's a typical Ono BBQ, I ordered online and came to pickup. It took a few mins for them to acknowledge me and then took another 5 mins to get my food out to me. The food was hot and fresh, it was enough food with 1 of their combos to have for lunch the next day. The food is good but I felt like the flanken ribs were more bone than meat which I know happens sometimes.

Been here before and service has been good. Valeria helped me with a catering order and she was accommodating. I didn’t know catering orders needed to be placed 4 days in advance, but she was still able to help me. Overall she was very friendly, patient, and kind. Thank you!

This place ruined my entire order, they only gave me the small 2 scoop amount of macaroni salad when I paid for the 4 scoop one. I ordered the combo meal with the chicken and the beef and they only put the chicken in and not the beef. Also they didn't give me napkins like as requested. Lame Halloween dinner got ripped off.
Food was great, i just got a bad piece of chicken that was all brown and tasted funny, and no it was not your ocasional brown spots on chicken it was a whole brown spot that spawned across multiple pieces of chicken. Only happened once other times food and service have been great.
I get why they lay all the food on a bed of cut cabbage but there's so much cabbage underneath that it makes the meat bulge out. Making it appear that there's this mountain of meat. My order was a delivery so the dasher had another delivery before getting to me so the Katsu wasn't as Krispy. There's no way to order or ask for additional sauces. So the 1 sauce container they give you with the Katsu is just not enough. They need to add that option onto their online menu. Also they cooked the hell outta the Spare Ribs. I don't want to slam this company on the review but I do feel like they can improve. I did like the Mac Salad though. Next time I will order different items & then post pics on those.

They didn't want to give my, pizzed off, non tipping, section 8 customer extra teriyaki sauce, so she gave me a freeking 1 star rating. The hell man, lucky she didn't report the food as stolen. & I wasn't about to pay 2 bucks for it on a 3 dollar payout.
