Food was great, i just got a bad piece of chicken that was all brown and tasted funny, and no it was not your ocasional brown spots on chicken it was a whole brown spot that spawned across multiple pieces of chicken. Only happened once other times food and service have been great.

I get why they lay all the food on a bed of cut cabbage but there's so much cabbage underneath that it makes the meat bulge out. Making it appear that there's this mountain of meat. My order was a delivery so the dasher had another delivery before getting to me so the Katsu wasn't as Krispy. There's no way to order or ask for additional sauces. So the 1 sauce container they give you with the Katsu is just not enough. They need to add that option onto their...
