Food was good but customer service was horrible. Customer experience is key and the young lady with the aditude will be the reason I never come back to this place. But if you dont mind being talk down to by a kid for average food then give it a try !!!

My family and I have had nothing but amazing experiences here. We’ve only had breakfast here so far but we are looking forward to trying their lunch and dinner options soon. Like many people in the area, we’ve tried soo many places and everything is either overpriced, tastes like it was warmed up, or poor service. Ortega’s diner was quite literally perfect as someone with a very picky family. The waiters immediately greet you with a smile and are very welcoming. They are also very patient because the menu is large with so many good options. Now, the food is what really sealed the deal because it’s very affordable, cheaper than chain restaurants yet AMAZING true homemade quality. I was shocked the food tasted very homey and comforting because it was all fresh. I had the French toast, waffles, and egg sandwich on the time I’ve gone and all have been a 10/10 with 0 complaints. We have tried soo many places breakfast places but this is the place!!!!

I was looking for a cozy breakfast spot and this place did not fail to deliver. I ordered the Mexican breakfast skillet, which was full of flavor with a Belgian waffle as a side. It came with a delicious homemade whipped cream. I will definitely be coming back when I am in the area.

The food was meh ordered chilaquiles the first try at the beans and they were canned 100 percent sure so I will say is not real Mexican food.
Tacos, fried ice cream, and flan were good! Our server was very friendly and on top of things, including splitting our bill 6 ways.

Service was wonderful. The waitress was very attentive with a polite attitude. The food was delicious. I order the waffles with their homemade cream topping, that was really good. My husband had the chilaquiles plate with steak. The steak was soft and flavorful. Will definitely come again.
